After work, Alice Turner didn't leave with her colleagues as usual. She waited for everyone to leave before she finally left her office and went downstairs.
As she walked out of the company doors, she saw a car parked not far from the entrance.
Although she had never been inside Benjamin Shaw's car, Alice Turner had seen it before. She recognized it at once and hesitated for a moment before finally walking straight toward it.
"Are you a snail, moving so slowly?"
As soon as she opened the car door, Benjamin Shaw's disgruntled voice greeted Alice Turner. She paused in her movement to get in, glared at him angrily, and then forcefully shut the car door.
Benjamin Shaw thought Alice Turner had slammed the door and left in anger, but to his great surprise, she opened the back door and calmly got into the car under his astonished gaze.
"What are you looking at? Am I an eyesore to you?"
