As soon as we walked in, a waitress came to welcome us and showed us where will be sitting. She gave us the menu and walked away. Max was so clued to her that he nearly fell off his chair, making both of us burst into laughter. Later, she came back to take our orders. Max kept staring to the point that she felt uncomfortable and asked him if there was something on her face. When he was about to reply, he felt a hot slap on his head. He turned around only to find out it was P'New who slapped him. "Awww! Phi, it is you?" he said smiling awkwardly as he turned to hide his face, brushing his head where he was hit. "Awww! You are also here?" Khai asked as he slightly bowed his head, hands pressed together, greeting him. "How long were you here?" He asked looking at Kit who looked just like Wit, forced to be here. "Long enough to notice this pervert staring at that poor waitress as if he would just gulp her in one go." he said slapping him again on the head.
I stood up and went towards Kit. I grabbed his hand and pulled him to sit next to me. He looked lost and confused by what just happened. You must be feeling hungry, right?" I asked him raising my hand to gesture the waitress that I was ready to order. I placed my order, then turned to ask Kit if there was something he wanted to add and he shook his head. Moment later our food were served. We were busy eating when Khai suddenly noticed something strange about Kit. He was so quiet as if he was lost in thought. Khai poked Max to tell P'New to look in his direction. He then jerked his head toward Kit who was lost in thoughts, gesturing him to that something was wrong with him. He looked at Kit, then turned to Khai who was looking anxious. "Ohh! Don't mind him, he is just sick." he said smiling as he leaned forward to put more food on Kit's plate. "He is just sick...he is just sick...he is just sick." Those words played in my mind as if a broken record had taken over my thoughts, relentless and unyielding. I immediately turned around and cupped his face into my hands as I turned him to look at me.
I then placed my hand on his forehead to feel his temperature, and it was a bit high. I turned to look at P'New who was eating. "Phi, why did you bring him along when you know very well that he was sick?" I said looking at P'New who was enjoying his food, a sharp glare burned in my eyes, flashing with raw anger. Max's face flashed with anger seeing how I was worried about someone who might not even love me. "Lay and Som went back to visit Som's parents so I didn't have anyone to leave him with. I couldn't leave him alone because he might get worse so I brought him with me." he said looking at his poor brother who like his condition wasn't getting any better. This made Max and Khai even more suspicious of their relationship. "Phi, what is your relationship with Kit? You two seem unusually close?" They asked leaning forward to hear how he planned to deny their affair. "What are you trying to imply?" Kit asked as he turned to look at Max and Khai, and was about to launch straight at them when I held him down. "Wait, Kit, there is no need to get all worked up over just a question. It is normal for them to want to know our relationship.

Khai believed him because he had always seen how he loved P'Pharm, but not Max. He was not buying the 'We are like brothers' folktale, he was going to find out the truth, one way or the other. Kit got up and went to the bathroom to cool down because if he had stayed there, he was going to kill someone. This gave P'New a good chance to share his idea of how to help me get Kit. After hearing the idea, everyone was happy with it except Max. He thought P'New might be using this tactic just to break up with Kit before P'Pharm found out about their affair, but he had to agree just for my sake. We settled the bill and waited outside for Kit. We continued with our shopping while P'New took Kit to his dorm. When they arrived at his room, he made sure he took medicine and got some rest. He then pretended to receive a phone call from his friend, reminding him about his morning class.
"Ai Kit, I have a morning class tomorrow so I asked Wit to come look after you." he said walking out of the door not giving him a chance to refuse. "Hah! Who said I wanted someone to look after me? P'New! P'New!" he called out to him as he walked out of the door, playing deaf to everything he just said.
