Day 6 On Cyprus Island. And Leroy was being fed well. He'd still yet to be bathed however. His hair was getting far greasier than normal. Sweat matted his clothes. And the dirt on him was much more rubbed in and rubbed off.
As for the bathroom situation? Well, lucky for him. After Eliza left, he was given a bell that he could ring and he would be given a escort to the nearest bathroom. And in the process he was put into a room that was well furnished but had no windows. The toilet as a simple porcelain throne with a hanging chain.
When he was in there. It was a time for him to really think. The Sea Stone was sucking his strength straight from his body. He couldn't even throw a punch if he wanted. It was in those moments between going into the Bathroom, back to his cell and sitting around sleeping that he missed his crew the most…
Currently he sat in his stall without his pants. Mainly because he couldn't stand the feeling of the dirty pants any longer. He rubbed at his face. Man he wished he had a sink in the cell or something. Something to get the slick off of him.
He shook his head. There was so many thoughts to go through his head. Should he take the offer that Eliza was giving him? He could see in her eyes that she herself didn't want it either. After all. He was as much of a stranger to her as she was to him.
But if it meant a guarantee of getting off the island…
But how would he explain that to the crew? To Kirk? Kale? 'Yeah I had sex with the hottest woman in the world while I thought that you were dead. Surprise Im okay!' yeah right…
There was the one part of him however…That wanted to take the offer just to feel something. To get his mind off the gnawing and aching feeling in his head of sadness. A smoke. A drink. Something just to numb the pain.
He looked to the bottle on the ground.
'Break it. Use the glass. Slit your wrists.'
Leroy bit his lip and turned away quickly. His head was still sore from the scratches he had put into his head…Arms still stinging in the air from the cuts on his arm…It'd been…A long time since he'd had these thoughts…
Years…Since the last time.
He breathed.
Slowly.
In and out.
His hands were knuckle white as he gripped them hard. Feet tensed and his arms like bundles of steel ready to be unwound in a sudden motion
"Calm…Calm…Calm. You can't do anything if you're dead. Or worse for ware. Can't be on this island too long…Should head back to Desmare. Find Zeke. And then maybe wait for the others to make their way back…"
"If they're alive…"
"If."
He breathed in and out of his nose. Eyes closed. The distant sounds from where ever he was leaking in from the opening above him. It was at just the right height that no bugs, no animals, and only ventilation would come in
A sound from behind him alerted him to turn around. It was Eliza again. This time surrounded by two more guards
"If you're here for another offer-" He was cut off "I was going to try again yes." She walked up to the Cage, where Leroy met her. "Look. It doesn't have to be enjoyable. It doesn't need to be long. It just has to happen."
He looked down at her. Now wearing a more formal dress that was aesthetic and simple. But as everything was on the Isle, revealing.
"No. The Answer is still no. I can't do that to myself. And I can't do that to you…" He said somberly. Which caused Elizas eyes to widen slightly. She had not expected that response. If any other man that was in the 90% of the population, she thought wouldn't have even gave it a second chance
"Well…That means theres one last thing that needs to be done." She put her hands on her hips. "I figured that in this fight I was going to have you take part in. That it would truly prove everything. Had I not come in here before…"
"But. I guess if you really won't do it…Theres no use of you staying here." She looked away. Took a breath and looked back with a fiery eyes. "But that also means we can't let you leave. The only way we'll let you, is if you earn it."
"You'll be going up against some of the strongest this Island has to offer. And lucky for you. There are those that would put you in the ground, that will be watching. As they wish to observe the potential of the rest of the Warriors. All day we've gone around to our best combatants and gotten them…"
She leaned forward and unlocked the cell and opened the gate. "I of course will also be watching. So there won't be a way for you to escape. And no. This is the one thing you can't refuse."
It was a rush of movement then, the two guards on the side of him pushed him and thrust him forward.
They moved quickly through the hallways. And eventually they came into a large luxurious bath. Steam rising from the waters as many other women were standing their. The Nurse from before in the Scantily clad out fit. But this time she was dressed in a much more covered attire. A proper full nurse uniform. Another who a professional apron and casual wear as if she were about to get dirty.
More warriors stood at the sides of the room. "Iris. Make sure he's healthy." The Nurse, Iris nodded.
Quickly the clothes on him came off. And with it the collar as well. His power come back over him. But before he could resteady himself, he was in the water and the nurse was looking him over as the woman next to him began to scrub him down.
"Quite the man I'd say. Healthy. Verile. Sturdy. Well Groomed. But something in those eyes say theres something else to be said. But physically he's in perfect health."
"Hey! Cut it out! Don't Pull on me!" He said swatting away a hand from rather intimate areas "Yes I'm made of-" His face went under water and he could feel his body be sapped of power, and the water fill his mouth.
"Augh! Rubber!"
Eliza threw him a towel and others left. "You have five minutes. Get dry and put those on." She said nodding over to the table where a roll of bandages and a piece of clothing sat on. "You can only wear that."
"What about my sash?!" He asked
"Whatever…" She shrugged and walked out of the room. Two of the masked guards watching Leroy stood by.
They lead him through the town and then to the place of importance. Some distance away.
He was guided to walk down a long corridor. At the very end was light leaking in like a spot light. Sounds of talking and chattering on the other side
The Captain of the Red Sash Pirates walked out into an Arena. Wearing nothing but a Pair of compression shorts, red wrappings on his wrists, ankles, and bare feet. His sash wrapped around his waist.
