At this time, the seemingly endless undead hordes started retreating under the suppression of lexatric artillery.
However, before retreating, they didn't forget to raise all low level trashy undead that have died in the war.
This is also one of the greatest difficulties when facing undead.
Although they are the weakest at same levels, they can easily be raised and ready to fight again and again.(Yeah, I am thinking about the counterattack to that, now realising that I have made an invincible empire).
However, this only applies to low to mid level undead(in the current strength level), after all, its impossible for them to raise someone stronger than them right?
If that were the case, why bother launching wars, just go tomb robbing (though they do already do that).
Moving on, the situation at the war can only be called grim, the lexatric kingdom doesn't even want to bother with the undead, madly spraying artillery fire, no even letting the undead get close.
This led to most of the pressure being faced by the sparks empire's monster wall.
The reason for this is that sparks empire, in order to succeed in their rebellion, chose the fastest ways to increase strength, by relying on mages, so in a time where everyone has at least magic charged artillery and rifles, sparks empire has a big fuckin wall, with RARE mages and ordinary people covering it.(Really makes me wonder why I even added them, but well, they are here and we gotta deal with them).
Of course, the monster wall is not just a big ordinary wall, other wise it would have been hard to hold against mages capable of changing terrain and easily climbing variable heights.
No, its completely covered with runes, if it were to be activated, the bricks of wall would become invurnable to magic (only at seed level), each brick would turn into a magic turret, shooting arcane blasts homing to all in front.
And this is just a fraction of its full power....if it were to be activated.
You see, it takes a lot resources to activated runic formations spreading millions of kilometres, so , sparks empire has decreed to never activate it unless the empire is on the brink of destruction ,it can't be activated otherwise, the empire will go bankrupt before winning the war.
So currently, its just a normal long big wall.
However, this begs a question, knowing that they are losing the war, and sending their blood bags (citizens) to die pointlessly.
What do they do?
Ask for help of course, and from none other than the Territory that used to form a three part point on the map with sparks and lexatric. (Before Noid invaded, lexatric gave up half it's land , changing maps etc etc).
The tyrant Dominion, a land of war, steel, blood and magic. Ruled by a charmistic leader that no one has ever seen (wonder how that makes him charmistic but who am I to question?),this land expels all religion, other than religion of phantom blaze, they follow the religion to its limits, by waging war all day long with others.

Arnold and leo looked at yet another wave of undead with a weary look, Leo was wondering if he was gonna have his great ambition destroyed by undead. As for Arnold, he was wondering when he will awaken his god like bloodline that the world fears, then be hunted down, grow in the process, and eventually rule the world.(Huh)
But their thoughts didn't last long, for from the flanks of the undead horde, Knights wearing rainbow colored armour with a giant eye pattern on the chest, riding scales war horses, numbering 10,000 appeared, leading a charge against the undead horde.
"For the phantom blaze, may the souls of me and my enemies forever burn in your name, may my the fleshy body riddled with weakness be the best delicacy to you, may my worthless will to fight be the greatest entertainment to you, Knights of phantom blaze, under the name of unnamed tyrant, CHARGE!!!"
They were like a sharp sword cutting into flesh, destroying the undead horde without even breaking momentum, however this was not over yet, they continued their charge, helping their allies win back the territory originally lost to Noida empire.
