The tenth floor was probably the most lavish room one could find in the city setting aside the residence of the mayor. It was either on par or even greater. The tenth floor had only ten rooms and there was a chance that not a single person could afford it on a normal occasion.
This was because of various factors. One, each room had a single lavish coach that could change into a bed. That was not all though. The floor appeared to be made of polished gems and even the paintings on the walls could probably be worth more than the goods to be auctioned.
A chandelier stood on top of each room hanging on the ceiling and the vibrant colours of the walls ranging from cream to blue while others were pink. It was obvious that one could choose the room they wanted. If you thought that that was enough, you would be wrong.
There was a glass table standing in front of the coach. Maybe calling it a glass table was diminishing its value because it was probably made of gems. There was a flower vase on the table and the rooms had windows and they were enclosed like a normal room.
One could wonder how those who could stay in these rooms managed to see the commodities being auctioned but a screen plastered on the wall told a different story. It had various uses and seeing the auctioning take place was probably the last in the list.
This was because on the same wall, one could choose for the wall facing the auction room to disappear and one could observe what was going on below. The wall was special and it was obvious that those outside could only dream of seeing the ones inside.
The person in the room could choose whether they wanted those outside to see them or not. A feature that was also availabe in the previous two floors. But that was not the end. There was a reason there was only ten of them...
Other than the lavished rooms, there was an added feature. Customer service. It was probably what made the tenth floor the tenth floor. There was service from the maids who served in these rooms. They served everything. Absolutely everything including their own bodies.
The maids were especially servants who were supposed to do whatever the person in the room asked. There was no crossing the limit here because there was no limit in the first place. What was more was that these maids were toppling beauties who were even more than that;
They were seductresses and they had a special charm that made the men swoon for them. This was also a tactic to make these rich people pour more money. It was obvious at first glance that these rooms were for men especially perverted ones.
Though on the same page, there were also handsome men who would try to seduce the mistresses that booked the rooms. Also, there was no limit to the number of people you could ask for. Even if you wanted ten beauties, they would be brought for you but you would have to pay extra ten times the original amount.
These rooms went for 1,000,000 blue essence stones. Which was equivalent to one yellow essence stone. The leap here was massive. It meant that a threshold was crossed where the common people could not afford.

At the gates to the auction house, one could see the incoming carriages and others on foot. There were around ten guards who appeared to be normal but not many could even sense their aura. It was obvious they was probably in the Supreme Plane or maybe peak Salvia Plane.
Their presence alone commanded respect and not many dared to act out of custom thus the entry of people was smooth and flawless. Though, not many would enter first.
This was because entry required a token. A token one had previously purchased. The tokens ranged in their form from material they were made from. The majority of them being made from wood. These tokens were for those who were going to enter the first floor to the fifth.
The only distinguishing factor was their hardness and the number written on its surface. According to the number on your token, you would be allowed to an entrance on the numbered floor. An elevator of sort that would take you to the floor on your token. When you ain the floor, the token would have already disappeared.
A different type of token would be usef for the sixth and seventh floor which were made of bronze. They had the number written on it and they also varied in their colour with the seventh floor token being darker. The process was the same and when one entered the assigned floor, the token would disappear.
For the eighth floor, the token was silver and it had the specific number of the room you were supposed to be at. And for the ninth floor, it was golden with the number of the room written on it. The reason was because not every room was to be occupied and the room was also in the specifications of the customer.
For the tenth floor, not everyone could afford it apart from the big families. It was not everyday more than two rooms would be occupied but for today, the rooms were probably going to be filled because families and Sects were going to make an appearance. Also for these families, one was allowed to bring guests not more than three.
Those who failed to obtain a token to the tenth room even if they could afford it, they would have to get a gold token. For the tenth floor, it was a diamond token that was slightly different from the rest for it was circular while the others were rectangular.
Seeing anyone with a diamond token was a one in a million chance. Those who were to stay in the ground floor, were going to enter last and scramble for the entrance and those who were late were going to have to leave when the ground floor was filled. The auction house was getting filled with each and every passing second and those with wooden tokens were decreasing in number.
Soon, the bronze tokens started appearing frequently and soon the silver ones appeared but they ended too soon. Then came the gold tokens. They were all in carriages and the carriages were taken to a separate room for them to be parked. The gold tokens soon finished and the luxurious carriages that had a big family insignias on them soon appeared. Some were from major sects but the most eye-catching one was the Louis Family.
This was not because they were on top of other families but because they were trying to express their dissatisfaction. They were the only big family that had missed a diamond token. And were forced to take a golden token. They had refused to enter because they really wanted to see who the VIP who had stolen the golden token from them was.
The young master of the family had even stepped out with several guards. He was in the middle stages of the Salvia plane. This just went ahead to prove the prowess of the big families. It was even obvious that this young master was no more than 100years which was a true trademarks for genius. Reaching that level at his age was an accomplishment.
There were two guards who were standing behind the carriage and their aura was even higher than the Young master. Even though they tried to show their dissatisfaction, they did not dare to cause a scene or they would be banned from ever coming to auction house and even other big auction houses in the Empire. This just showed the Binary City Auction House's ability and connections.
They felt angry when they saw that the five carriages that had entered with diamond tokens were all big families of their level. The next carriage that came was a water sect that was renowned in the region. The young master could only put on an ugly expression when he saw this. He could only hope that the individual was not from a big family than his.
Still, three more carriages appeared and they were all from big sects. His expression only turned more ugly at that. But the only saving grace was that only one token was left. But even after ten minutes, the wielder of the token had not yet appeared. The people outside who had no tokens were not going to enter until the person arrived.
"Is the tenth wielder a coward? Did you call me to strip my token from me for some cowards?" The young master who went by the name Alfred could only voice out his discontent. He was called the previous night and told that since he was the last to book a diamond token, he was going to have it stripped away for a very important guest was going to make an appearance.
Alfred was annoyed. He paced every now and then but even after thirty minutes, the wielder refused to make an appearance causing even the crowd to be dissatisfied. They felt they had waited enough. They were not brazen enough to speak out against the auction house since they were going to enter for free but they grumbled amongst themselves.
"Just who is the tenth wielder?"
"I heard the young master of the Louis Family say that they were supposed to have it."
"If he had it, the auction would have already started."
"Hush, what if the person is too important and may even destroy the big families?"
There was always an endless number of families getting destroyed every passing moment and some were destroyed due to poking fingers on families they could not afford to.
But in the midst of the commotion, someone was making way. Too weak to even push them away from his path but what was even shocking about it was that it was as though no one could feel him or maybe they just unconciously ignored him. Soon, he was standing at the first line in crowd.
A smile lighting his face...
