Third person POV
As they grew up together, they learned new things, such as magic, from books and scrolls. At Kazaki's house, they learned to use basic magic pretty quickly, thanks to Kazaki's father, who taught them to wield swords, and they began sneaking out every night to hunt monsters. Also, they resumed their hobbies, often with their exported modern stuff from their past lives, like they did in their past lives. Kazaki regained his ability to play the guitar, while Roel, who also had an entire electric piano, complete with a stand for it, reincarnated with him and the other things he had, managed to play the piano again. These are partially thanks to their skill-based ability known as Musician, which was an A-ranked one.
But for now, they are outside in the night fighting some wild and scary monsters…
"On your left, Roel!" Kazaki said to Roel, before shooting some arrows at a weak orc.
"Got it!" Roel responded. "Great Wind Slash!"
He then used Great Wind Slash, one of the strong, above-A-ranked abilities bestowed by the Thunder Dragon, the Conqueror of water and air, pretty much whipped out the orc.
By now, the weak orc was blasted away back to the forest in the night.
"That was cool, Roel-kun," Kazaki responded, before looking down at the ground. "Hey, check this out. It's the gemstones of the goblin warriors. There are 2 of them."
Roel then looked at the ground, only to see 2 gemstones that were unique and were not any expensive, earth ones.
These came from 2 goblin warriors they had slain a few minutes ago.
"What are gemstones again?" Roel asked, as if he had forgotten about them.
Kazaki, looking disappointed, sighed in disappointment and replied, "I told you like 5 times. You were scrolling on your phone, weren't you? You see, gemstones of monsters hold skills. It is random, so if we use the gemstone, we get 3 random skills, like this."
Kazaki uses his feet to destroy one of the gemstones, and he gains Dash, Heavy Slash, and Heavy Stomp. "See? Now, it's your turn to get your skills from this necromancer gemstone."
Roel apologized to him for his past inattentiveness and did so, using his feet to destroy the said second gemstone.
Eventually, he gains Undead Summon, Undead Control, and Necromance Transformation, as revealed by the Isekai System screen.
Roel was stunned and then amazed. "Wow! These skills are so awesome!"
He, after following the instructions by the Isekai System, then tried to use one of the skills, and ended up summoning 2 Undead creatures.
These had a pistol on one creature and a sword on the other.
He and Kazaki got terrified as these two Undead creatures looked menacing but not attacking, which Roel could make them do.
As the Isekai System screen left off and disappeared, Roel screamed in terror. "Ah! Quickly, destroy it!"
Kazaki then used Heavy Slash, which is one of the strong abilities bestowed by the Night Wolf, to destroy the 2 Undead creatures, and they dissipated into nothing.
Roel then sighed in relief. "Thanks, man, sorry about that."
Kazaki then smiled back at him. "It's okay. It's really cool you did that."
Roel was flustered by his compliment. "Aww, thanks."
After that, both of them went home after realizing that the moon was in the middle of the night.
