Kazaki's POV
After that, the three of us disposed of our trash and left the convenience store. We then went our way through our hometown. We were thinking about what we should do today. I mean, we've only consumed half the day, and so much time is still in our hands until sundown. Roel thinks about showing off his gunnery skills to Aife, who is surprised he can do that at such a young age. Roel, like in our past lives, had an interest in guns and even made a few of them using paper and origami. Aife, on the other hand, wanted to run to her home to pick up her battle axe so she could show it to us. We agreed and went there.
A bit later, we were at the western side of town, where her family home stood in the field of grass and some trees opposite the town's urban side. It was made of bricks and had 1 floor, whereas my family home had 2 instead. Roel's home had 3 floors (obviously why). And then, Aife got her battle axe, which was a big one with dual blades and a shiny texture on its wooden handle. That looked like a precious one or even a newly bought one from the markets of Vall to even Graystadt's big and busy markets. Aife's mother wasn't home; she was at her job as a warrior. Aife's father had long passed away when she was 5 years old, and her mother had been taking the reins of responsibility for taking care of the household and taking good care of Aife.
After that, the trio went to Roel's home so Roel would pick up his guns, which were a pistol and an AK-47 (though he had a collection of them, and he picked these two on the fly). Now, all of us went to the forest east of town to have some fun with each other. There, it was clear and occasionally full of various monsters, perfect for our fun times. Aife struck the monsters like it was nothing to her, while Roel showed off his Gunnery skills to her like a cowboy and a SWAT soldier. I used Heavy Slash to put down a Giant Purple Scorpion, and then, Aife and Roel finished it off with their weapons, with Roel using Undead Summon to hold down the legs of the monster with his summoned Undead creatures. It was a spectacular battle today, and Aife was in absolute awe.
