A young soldier stepped forward, his posture straight and respectful.
Every duty has been finished swiftly.
"Thank you, General Rowan, for your help. Your guidance today… It made a real difference."
Rowan offered a small, appreciative smile, "It's nothing. The princess and I should be getting back to my office. However, it's already afternoon. If Selene ever returns to her shift, tell her it's alright- I've settled everything she needs."
The soldier nodded earnestly. "Understood, General. I'll make sure she gets the message."
Rowan's gaze softened as she glanced toward Princess Camille. "And remind her to drink carefully and rest. No one can do their duty properly if they're exhausted. I'm counting on you for that."
"Yes, General!" The soldier replied with a crisp salute before returning to his duties.
Rowan turned toward the stables, her posture straight.
"Shall we get Black Beauty? It's time to head back."
