In another city in the Lightning Country, Serena comes crashing down at incredible speed as she slams into nearby buildings, with Sukuna crashing into her as they both fall onto a bunch of cars. After they hit the ground with a few injuries with blood running down Serena's head and hands, they both try to stand up despite being bruised. Serena asks Sukuna "Hey, Sukuna. You okay? We both got hit pretty badly!", Sukuna tried getting up despite her hands and a part of her face being bruised "Yeah, I'm fine. My legs hurt tho, but I can still stand.".
Suddenly, a girl with sharp yellow hair cloaked with lightning, along with her arms and legs crackling with yellow electricity, responded as she floated to the ground "Awwn, did I beat you guys a little too hard? Now now, don't be offended, I was just having fun.". She seemed to be the same age as Serena and Sukuna, she was also wearing a black skirt with a few gears on her hands
Serena and Sukuna get up, Sukuna explained to Serena "This girl is on another level. Did you see how she kicked us around just now?" Serena responded as she rubbed off the blood on her lip, "No doubt. She's stronger than both of us combined."
The girl then introduces herself "The names Riouku", she continued "Well, since this is a battle in which the winner takes all, I guess I can go all out with you. But don't worry, I won't kill you."
Riouku launches herself at Serena and Sukuna, her legs cloaked in lightning. She lands a punch on both of them, sending them flying into several buildings. The impact was so strong that it destroys many buildings around them in a burst of lightning. Serena and Sukuna managed to block Riouku's punch, but both their arms were injured.
Serena gets annoyed as she charges up a massive amount of electricity "I've had enough of this. Let's go, Sukuna!"
Sukuna begins charging a huge amount of plasma on her legs and arms. "Yeah, we've been kicked around a few times by this bitch. It's time to repay her."
Riouku smiles and responds, "Wow, it looks like you both are serious now. Okay then, I'm fired up. Let me see how strong you are."
Serena and Sukuna blast off toward her at a speed faster than lightning. Riouku charges toward them, and their fists clash, causing a massive wave of energy that destroys a large number of buildings around them.
Meanwhile, in the wasteland, Deo stands face-to-face with a guy wearing yellow armor. The guy he was looking at was in the same age group as Deo was "Hey, the name's Regto. I've heard a lot about you. Deo, right? You seem pretty strong, especially with your ability to turn yourself into a robot, giving you insane power amplification."
Deo responded with a smirk, "Looks like you've done your homework. Sorry, but I came here to throw hands, not to talk. Although don't get me wrong — I'd like to chat with you. You seem like a nice guy."
Regto charges up a powerful amount of lightning "Out of all the Lightning Soldiers, I'm number 3. I'm really confident in my strength, so I won't hold back."
Deo's smirk widened "Number 3 strongest, huh? Well, we aren't ranked by numbers back at Kagahara, so it's hard to tell what number I am. But…"
Deo powers up a huge amount of green energy as his lab coat transforms into a slim robotic armor. "But I'm confident in my abilities too. I'm very strong. So let's see who is stronger between both of us."
Meanwhile, Serena and Sukuna were fighting Riouku, moving at speeds over ten times the speed of light and destroying city blocks and large buildings as they went blow for blow and blitz around the place. Serena begins firing electric bullets at Riouku, each blast wiping out buildings in seconds. Riouku increases her speed, dodging as fast as she could. But as she dodges, Sukuna appears behind her and lands a powerful punch, sending Riouku flying into the air.
As Riouku was launched upward, Serena appears above her and was ready to deal another powerful blow. Luckily, Riouku was able dodge Serena's blow and kick her back to the ground. As Serena hits the ground, she increases the electricity overflowing from her body, gathering a powerful charge into her hand and blasting bolts of lightning into the air. Riouku flies as fast as she could to dodge Serena's attacks, but Sukuna jumps into the air and uses her gathered plasma to punch Riouku again, sending her crashing into the ground and causing a huge explosion of plasma that destroys buildings.
Riouku flies back up and uses her lightning-cloaked arms to create giant dragon heads "IM GOING TO OBLITERATE YOU TWO!", she exclaimed before blasting her attacks toward Serena and Sukuna. Serena charges a huge amount of electricity in her arms and punches one of the dragon heads away, the burst of electricity wiping out buildings. Sukuna creates a plasma sword, dodges and slices through the dragons with slashes of plasma.
Their fight became so destructive that the entire city around them began to incinerate — plasma energy from Sukuna, powerful electric discharge from Serena, and Riouku's lightning tearing the environment apart.
Riouku started to perform hand signs in order to prepare an attack "These girls really are strong. I guess i can use whatever technique i have at my disposal now.", she thought to herself. Suddenly massive lightning started to fall from the sky like rain. Riouko absorbs the falling lightning bolts in order for her to gain even more power. Serena was in shock on seeing this, she thought to herself, "We've managed to keep up with her, but she still has this much power. I don't think we can win. What even is that technique?!"
Sukuna taps Serena's shoulder "Hey, Serena. Let's try something for a sec."
Sukuna was able to use her plasma to amplify Serena's electricity, causing a massive burst of unstable electric current to erupt from Serena. "This is a risky move, but I've been thinking about it for a while now. What do you think would happen if I combined my plasma… with your electricity?!", Sukuna asked.
Serena smirks. "You know, even though you have a stupid brain, you do have smart ideas."
Both sneered "Let's do this and win!"
Serena's electricity combines with Sukuna's plasma, forming a giant tornado of unstable energy. Riouku while absorbing a powerful amount of lightning from the sky was able to see this stunt Serena and Sukuna tried to pull. She couldn't help but to smirk "Huh? Now that looks cool. But it doesn't matter....". She launched out the massive amount of lightning she was absorbing earlier "BECAUSE IM GOING TO KILL YOU!", Riouku yelled with excitement. Serena and Sukuna create a circle of energy in front of them and shout:
"Ultimate Technique: Complete Overdrive!"
Riouku's attack clashes with theirs, creating a massive explosion that wipes out the entire city in a colorful burst of power. The explosion was so intense that Kojin and Lady Najenda were able to see the light of the blast — not just on the TV showing the fight, but from outside the office window.
