Reincarnated as a rock… Seriously?

A rock is not a living creature, it was just a really common mineral and rock solid not soft like flesh. If rock wasn’t a living creature… how can I still be reincarnated as one!? An immobile and seemingly ordinary rock without any magical properties… how can I survive in this world? A simple throw into a river would spell my death! This was the beginning of the story of the Not-So-Ordinary-Rock!
