Chapter twenty six:
Up in the bridge of the second Death Star. Lama Su was being debriefed.
"I see well, welcome aboard Second Sister and 120th Legion." Said Lama Su.
"Thank you." Replied Barriss Offee.
The 120th Legion then nodded, expressing their gratitude as well. Barriss Offee was surprised that everyone was accepting her, she had expected to receive their hate, and not be welcomed so warmly.
"Welcome to the light side of the Force, and welcome home Second Sister." Said Lama Su.
"Thank you for giving me a second chance. I only hope that one day I will be worthy of it." Replied Barriss Offee.
"Everyone deserves a second chance, including the 120th Legion." Said Lama Su.
"General Rex was a close friend of mine. He inspired me." Replied a Stormtrooper.
" He is directly above us in the fighter control center." Said Lama Su.
"He is? That's good, I have known him my whole life, he's like a brother to me." Replied the Stormtrooper.
"Well, I'm glad to hear that." Said Lama Su.
"Can I go see him?" Replied the Stormtrooper.
"Go ahead, I have already let him know that you were coming." Said Lama Su.
"Thank you." Replied the Stormtrooper before he walked away.
Kina Ha then walked into the room, though her black dress was soaking from her being in the bacta tank and her wound was now gone.
"Hello everyone, I'm out of the bacta tank now." Said Kina Ha.
"We're glad that you're okay." Replied Cale Lestin.
"It'll take more than a blaster shot to kill me." Said Kina Ha.
"I'm just glad that you're okay. And thank you for risking your life to save me." Replied Barriss Offee.
"Don't worry about me, I've been through worse, Second Sister, but I appreciate your concern." Said Kina Ha.
Barriss Offee just nodded her head at her.
"I'm going back to my quarters to get some rest, General Grievous you're in charge while I'm gone." Replied Kina Ha.
