Chapter twenty three:
Lama Su led Padme Amidala to a window to show them his fleet. He had a great collection of various types of ships from the Clone Wars to the present age. He then gestured towards a large round ship, it was the second Death Star, but it had been repaired and completed.
"I assume you recognize it?" Said Lama Su.
Bail Organa and General Rex just looked at it, but it was Padme Amidala who answered him. "The second Death Star." Replied Padme Amidala.
"I also have the first Death Star in my fleet." Said Lama Su.
"You have two Death Stars!" Replied Asoka Tano.
"Indeed I do." Said Lama Su.
"I'm glad you're not our enemy." Replied Asoka Tano.
"If I was the Empire, I would be running right now." Said General Rex.
Padme Amidala just looked at him. "Is that what they teach you in the Empire... to run?" Replied Padme Amidala.
"Yes." Said General Rex.
"Let's start screwing around with the Empire, shall we?" Replied Lama Su.
"The last time we fought the Empire, we had to run. I think it's their turn now." Said Commander Cody.
"Yes!" Replied General Rex.
"What's our first target?" Said Lama Su.
"Most of their fleet was destroyed during the battle of Yavin 4. But if we could locate their main base, we could stop them once and for all." Replied Commander Cody.
"How about the Kuat Entraula Drive yard's? It's their main ship building, and I think it's time for the New Confederacy of Independent Systems to return." Said Lama Su.
"I agree. And if we could prevent the Empire from getting new ships, it would be easier to defeat them." Replied General Rex.
The second Death Star then arrived at the Kuat Entraula Drive yard's. "If anyone besides me objects to what must be done, say so now." Said Lama Su.
The others just nodded their heads, knowing that some may die, but many more would be saved.
"Let's start blowing up the Empire." Replied Lama Su.
"Yes!" Said both General Rex and Commander Cody.
Padme Amidala then looked down sadly, knowing that so much death and destruction had to be done just to bring peace, she then wondered if the women and their children would have to die too.
"The women and their children will not die, I will make sure that they live." Replied Kina Ha.
"Thank you." Replied Padme Amidala.
"You're welcome. And I think that we just got Emperor Palpatine's attention. Cause I sense an attack force coming, it's tracking the second Death Star now." Said Kina Ha.
