"Mom are you okay? Do you need the doctor to take a look at you? Mike please check my mother, she doesn't seems to be doing fine." Chris said worried about her.
"I need to see Williams. I just want to see your father, where's your father?" Maria asked her body shaking.
She had gone through a lot to keep her family and her dark secrets from the past. She even went as far as doing what that bastard wanted from her. But all of that is going to be in vain now.
What if Whitney goes ahead and talk about everything. She will not only lose her husband, but her children as well. She will lose all the power that she has gathered and managed to maintain all these years.
She can't bear to hit rock bottom like this. She can't bear to go back to the way she used to live her life. She must find a way to get rid of that Whitney as soon as possible. But first she needs to get her away from Williams.
"He's in there with Mrs Whitney." Grace replied.
"What! No! Those those can't be together. You have to get that witch away from my husband. And you three better don't go anywhere close to her." Maria yelled and tried to go into the room, but Jane stopped her.
"I'm sorry Mrs Maria, but you can't go in there. Mrs Whitney suffered from a terrible shock, and she's recuperating at the moment. Please let the doctor give the go ahead before you go in there." Jane said and Chris was impressed at how she handled that.
"What the hell are you talking about? This is my house and that's my husband in there with her, I have every right to be there. I can't let the both of them to be alone in there, you have to let me in." Maria retorted.
"I'm sorry, but you can't do that. Please wait a little bit more." Jane insisted.
"Who the hell do you think you are to tell me that? You are nothing....." Maria was starting to say but her words were caught midway.
"I'm the latest addition to the Smith's family, and the new lady of the house. So yes! I have all the authority to do as I please in this house." Jane said and guarded the door.
Maria looked up at her with shock, but quickly brought her head down. She couldn't bring herself to look at her. She reminds her so much of her friend Joana. If that bitch didn't interfere in what was not her business, she would not have killed her and her family.
"What are you so scared of, Mrs Maria. You won't even look into my eyes. I understand that you and Mrs Whitney have history. Mr Smith told me everything that transpired over thirty years ago." Jane began.
She didn't want to do this, but Maria left her with no choice. She won't stand by and let her talk about her, or Whitney is such a bad manner. And she has put up with so much from her. It's time to put her in her place.
"I know you and Mrs Whitney were once maids in the old Smith's mansion. Mrs Whitney and Mr Williams fell in love and were secretly dating. But you didn't like that, so you set Mr Williams up." Jane continued.
Maria frowned, and her fist clenched up together. She can't believe this bitch knows the entire story. Whitney must have told her the story.
Kyle and Grace listened in with suprise, they didn't think their mother was capable of doing something like that.
"You had him drugged, slept with him and said you were pregnant with Chris. Mr Williams was forced to give up on his love for Mrs Whitney and married you because of Chris." Jane added.
"Mom!" Grace exclaimed.
"Shut up you tramp, you don't know what you are talking about....." Maria tried to bully her into silence, but Jane wouldn't budge.
"Isn't that why you hate me so much? Because I remind you of who you were and where you came from?" Jane asked, breathing heavily.
"Shut your mouth, you tramp! Is that the nonsense Whitney filled your head with? Williams chose me because he loved me, I didn't covet him. He's my husband, and we love each other so much..."
"Then what are you so scared of? Why don't you want them both to be together? Since Mr Williams loves you so much." Jane interjected.
"Well because she's a slut just like you. Just the way you have seduced my son and forced him to marry you. She's going to do the same thing to my husband as well." Maria spoke, her eyes filled with so much hatred and rage.
"Maria enough!" The door flung open, and Williams voice shook the core of the house. Everyone was forced into silence and looked at Williams as he walked out of the room, his eyes bloodshot.
"You and I know that everything Jane said now is the truth. Why are you trying to cover it up? And you dared to call Whitney names? How dare you?" Williams asked his body trembling with anger.
Maria has never seen Williams like this. He was always good at hiding his emotions, what did that bitch tell him? She bit her nails nervously and walked towards Williams carefully.
"Williams let's leave this place. We should go somewhere else, where it's just going to be the two of us. You know how cunning Whitney is. I'm sure whatever she must have said are just tactics to seduce you and get you for herself." Maria said trying to manipulate Williams.
"Stop talking this instant!" Williams yelled, and she flinched in fear.
Chris and Grace looked away. They felt so embarrassed on their mother's behalf. They cant believe she did all of that to covet their father.
Grace particularly felt sorry for her dad. He had to endure a broken heart for their sake.
"Williams please you have to believe me." Maria decided to try again begging.
"I want a divorce," Williams announced.
