So I don't know if I'll be able to do a great job of describing this fight at all so if you want, look up Batman vs Deathstroke 2023 and that's pretty much what it looks like with a few differences of course.
Also if you're an edgy little fuckboy who thinks all heroes should kill, especially Batman, then first, you don't understand the character of Batman and second, go get therapy cuz you need help. Not every answer in the world is death... except joker, he probably should die.
Anyway back to the book.

Stain glared while Deku, Ida and even Native all went wide-eyed seeing Batman appear. None of them had noticed him until after he had already kicked Stain.
The shadows clung to him like a moth to a flame with most of his body obscured by the shadows. If you looked close enough though, you could make out the shape of a man along with the yellow outline of a bat symbol on his chest.
'Some kind of shadow quirk like Tokoyami? Maybe his lets him blend into the shadows for stealth...' These were the thoughts going through Deku's head as he stared at Batman. Unknown to him, Stain was having similar thoughts about his newest foe.
'A quirk that lets him blend into the shadows would be annoying at night. I need to force him into the light to fight him.' Stain had unconsciously made this new enemy the biggest threat he needed to face right now.
Stain didn't think many people could sneak up on him and land a hit as Batman did. Sure Deku did the same a few minutes ago but Stain acquitted that to the kid's powerful body-enhancing quirk. At least that's what he thought Deku's power was after seeing it.
Batman on the other hand was different and a bit more of a problem for Stain considering the time of day right now. You see, Stain had fought a shadow user before. That guy could turn shadows into golems that could fight for him but he had a weakness. Too much light would weaken the shadows, and that's how Stain had killed him. He studied his prey and hunted him down in the middle of the day when he was at his weakest. Unfortunately for Stain, right now it was early into the night and there were shadows all over this alley.
While Stain tried to think up a way to counter Batman's nonexistent quirk, Batman threw three batarangs at Stain forcing him to block with his sword.
As Stain blocked, Batman moved in close to strike Stain only to need to parry the incoming sword strike. It didn't stop there though as Stain kept up the onslaught of overhead sword strikes forcing Batman to block with his gauntlets.
Stain continued to strike at Batman forcing the bat to back up as Stain slashed at him. Stain, thinking he had his opponent on the ropes took a risk and did a spinning slash to build up some momentum so he could break Batman's guard.
Unfortunately for Stain, this is exactly what Batman wanted him to do. Using Stain's momentum against him, Batman parried the sword down toward his left side with his bladed gauntlet forcing it low. Batman then proceeded to move in close and with his right arm he elbowed Stain in the side of his head and then hit him in the neck, forcing Stain to pull back breaking the hold Batman had on him.
Quickly pushing himself forward, Stain reengaged Batman with more sword strikes. One of his strikes was an overhead slash aimed at Batman's head which Batman quickly caught in between the blades on the sides of his gauntlets.
Pulling his arms apart, Batman shattered Stain's sword into two pieces, one of them falling to the ground. This didn't stop Stain though, as now his sword had just become a small dagger with a large handle.
Batman spun on his heel and used his momentum to elbow Stain which the villain blocked before slashing at Batman with his new dagger. Batman dodged and blocked the attacks before catching Stain's wrist with one hand and twisting it while using his other hand to grab the side of Stain's head and slam it into the wall next to them.
Stain then broke Batman's grip by using his free hand to punch Batman in the chin staggering him for a second as Stain pulled down on Batman's ears forcing the caped crusader to bend backwards as Stain put his sword at Batman's neck.
In such a precarious situation, Batman kicked off the wall next to him and flipped himself over Stain's arm getting the sword away from his neck and using the momentum to toss Stain over his shoulder and onto the ground.
Stain quickly tried to stand to continue the fight but as he was about halfway to his feet, Batman had taken out his grapple gun and shot Stain pulling him closer only to coastline him back to the ground making the villain do a flip in the process and land face first on the floor.
As soon as Stain was back on the ground, Batman proceeded to mount his chest and put the paws to his dome. He beat that man for a full minute before he knew he was unconscious. Batman only did this because he knew Stain had immense stamina and a high pain tolerance.
Once Batman knew Stain wasn't gonna wake up anytime soon, he pulled out a pair of power-cancelling handcuffs and arrested the villain. He also put a muzzle gag around his head to prevent him from speaking when he wakes up.
As Batman locked up the hero killer, the men who had watched the fight could only think one thing, 'Holy shit'.
Deku, Ida, Native and Todoroki, who had arrived about a minute into the fight all stared at The Batman with pure amazement on their faces. They honestly could not believe what they had just seen.
"H-he took down the hero killer without even breaking a sweat." Native spoke in wonderment.
At this point, Stain's quirk had worn off so both Native and Ida were back on their feet, but still a little worse for wear.
Ida stood there and glared at Stain before he started moving toward the hero killer with determination on his face. Deku was about to stop him but before he could Batman stood in Ida's way.
"Killing him will not change what happened to your brother," Batman spoke calmly to the teen in front of him.
"Maybe so, but it will make me feel better!" Ida said with anger.
"No, it won't. All it will do is send you on a path that will destroy you. If you kill Stain now, what's stopping you from killing the next criminal you face? Or the one after that? Or the next one? Eventually, you'll be just like him. Nothing but a killer. Is that what you want to be known as? The killer hero Ida? Is that what your brother would want of you?"
"THEN WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!?" Ida Screamed.
"...Save one life. Help one person. Do what you think is right, and help those who need it. Be the hero you think your brother would want you to be. Be Ingenium." As Batman finished speaking, he stepped back and watched.
Ida walked over to Stain who by this point had woken up and glared at the downed Villan. "...I hate you... I will always hate you. I will never forgive you for what you've done... But I won't kill you... because I will never be like you." At this point, Ida grabbed Stain's collar and pulled him close. "I am the hero Ingenium and I will make sure that you, hero killer Stain will go to prison and never see the light of day again." Ida then let go of Stain and walked away, not daring to show that bastard the tears In his eyes.
