Disclaimer. There's gonna be a lot of dialogue from the manga in this chapter. If you don't like that, well too fucking bad for you. Context is needed for this and if you complain I'll probably just delete your comment or tell you to eat a dick. Or maybe I'll just go on another year-long hiatus who knows, anyway back to the chapter.

"Ingenim's brother huh? I used him to get the rumours going. You... you're weak." Jumping over the hero in training, Stain used his spiked boot to kick Ida in the right bicep and then use his other foot to stomp the kid into the ground.
As Ida was on the ground, Stain proceeded to stab the boy through his left bicep pinning him to the concrete. "Garghh!" Ida yelled through the pain.
"Both you and your brother are weak. You aren't heroes, you have no right to be called that. Both of you are nothing but fakes." Stain said in a mocking tone.
"S-Shut up villain! Y-you damaged his spinal cord and paralyzed him from the waist down! He'll never be able to walk again let alone be a hero because of you! My brother was incredible, a caring person who saved so many lives. Someone people looked up to. You had no right to take that from him! HE'S THE REASON I WANT TO BE A HERO AND ILL KILL YOU FOR WHAT YOU DID TO HIM!" Ida screamed through gritted teeth.
"Then save that guy first," Stain said as he pointed at the injured pro hero sitting against the wall. "So focused on your grudge against me that you forgot about him. You planned on using your quick not to help him and be a hero but to instead hurt me. Completely blinded by a selfish desire for revenge makes you the furthest thing from a hero. And that's why... you need to die"
As Stain spoke he pulled the sword from Ida's arm and licked the blood from it, activating his bloodcurdle quirk to temporarily paralyze the hero in training.
"Goodbye child. May your death bring about a better world" Stain calmly lifted his sword ready to kill Ida but just before he did, three things happened.
The first was Ida yelling: "IT DOSENT MATTER WHAT YOU SAY! YOU'RE STILL JUST A CRIMINAL WHO HURT MY BROTHER!"
The second thing was a small projectile that flew into stains hand, forcing him to drop his sword.
And at the same time as Stain dropped his sword, the third thing happened. A teenager-sized green missile shot through the ally hitting the hero killer in the face and absolutely rocking his shit while yelling "SMASH."
"M-Midoriya!?" Ida struggled to say as his friend stood in front of him.
"Don't worry Ida, I'm here to save you!" Deku said as he faced the hero killer. (Narrator will be calling him Deku cuz it's easier to write.)
"H-how did you find us?" Ida struggled to ask.
"The news reports of the hero killer always said that he attacked where there were barely any people. I've been Running through back alleys looking for you"
As Ida and Deku had their short conversation, Stain stabilized himself from the punch he just received and glared at the kid that hit him. 'It's him, the kid from Shigaraki's photo'. Stain thought as he pulled the projectile out of his hand without even glancing at it.
Before the attack on the city, Stain had a meeting with Shigaraki where he was invited to join the League of Villains, Stain declined, and Shiagaraki threw a tantrum, Stain attacked him and then he left.
That's the reason for the attack on Hosu, but during this meeting, Shigaraki showed Stain a few photos of people the League of Villains were interested in and the kid standing in front of him was one of them.
As Stain was thinking, he was brought out of his thoughts by the voice of the kid he just stabbed.
"Midoriya, don't interfere, this has nothing to do with you!"
"What are you talking about Ida!? He was about to kill you!"
Before Ida could respond, Stain walked toward them picking up his sword on the way as he spoke; "A friend shows up and says 'I'm here to save you'. Just as a hero should. You selflessly find your friend, not to help him in his plot for revenge or to hunt down and avenge somebody I hurt. But just so you could save someone's life. You are a true hero, so step aside and let me do my job because if you get in my way I'll kill you too."
As Stain said his piece, a feeling of despair washed over Deku making him shake. 'H-he's different. He's not like the ones we faced at USJ. His eyes... those are the eyes of a fanatic killer. But even so, I won't back down! I need to save Ida and Native, even if Ida doesn't want my help, I NEED TO!' So with a look of determination, Deku put his hands up ready to take on the hero Killer Stain alone.
"Hmm, ready to lay down your life to save people like a true hero. You have a little fight in you. I like that"
"Then you're gonna love me!" As those words were said from behind Stain, the hero killer felt a kick to the side of his ribs sending him flying into the wall.
*Boom* Stain hit the wall but quickly recovered, glaring at the new player in his game.
"And who the hell are you?" Stain asked with venom in his voice. This was the third time he had been interrupted today and he was getting annoyed.
With his signature glare, the new guy said only two words.
"I'm Batman."

Short chapter I know, but the next chapter is literally all just a fight between Batman and Stain. There is really not much else in it.
