Whenever Evan spoke about the planet Aidos, especially when speaking to other people, he always used the words 'your world' or 'this world'.
Laurene couldn't remember Evan having ever said 'our world' or 'my world'.
Now, Evan, talking about Eliza, had referred to Aidos as 'her world'.
Laurene noticed this, and her brain wanted to conjure multiple theories, searching for an explanation.
But she consciously stopped herself.
She wanted to ask Evan. She wanted to call out that odd phrasing and ask him why he always did that.
It was weird when she thought about it. Evan always did it so casually, so it just kind of got overlooked, but it wasn't a once-or-twice thing.
He had been consistent...for years.
