Shaun was like a missile that has just reached it max speed, barely even a blur in people's pariferal view as he raced to the cave with the magi-crystals in it, Shaun was a little giddy at the prospect of being owed a favour, he's never had a favour owed to him before so he couldn't keep the ear to ear grin off his face as he ran, and as he got to the east of town he picked up the pace again, causing some glass to shatter on the nearby cars he passed, overturning a few vendor stands with the wall of wind trailing behind him.
Heading straight to the edge of town with no problems other than the destruction left in his wake that people would just assume was a gang or some freak weather thing, Shaun B-lined it for the forest and straight for the cave, he knew where it was off by heart at this point since he wanted to make sure that he had emergency income if he couldn't do a job or if he had to run, the crystals where his escape funds, since even a small one could sell for about ten thousand and there was over 300 in the cave of all different sizes, Shaun had enough in the cave that he could dissappear real quick once he sold them.
He could spare a few if it ment he would be owed a favour from someone who moved such "Unsual" cargo all over the world with little questions asked, it was an opportunity Shaun wasn't gonna pass up, weaving side to side, crossing over his path multiple times from different directions to make sure no-one could follow his trail directly to the cave it took him about 30 minutes to reach the cave, anyone seeing the faint blue glow lighting up his face and eyes would instantly run as Shaun looks extra creepy with his grin and the glow mixed together.
Getting to work Shaun elongated his nails, hardening and sharpening to about 4.5 inches letting both side of himself out, his eyes glowing both Orange and Red knowing he didn't have to hide himself while in the cave, letting him be more of who he was, Shaun started letting his breathing become more feral and his muscles bulge, thanks to his clothes being a size too large he didn't tear anything, he stood there for about a minute enjoying the sensation of finally being free for a while before ramming his hand deep into the ground using it as a makeshift shovel, he moved from crystal to crystal ripping up hard packed earth and crystal in one swift motion, after about 10 minutes he had collected about 40 of them and piled them near the entrance his breathing sounded almost like a pant and siliva was dripping from his slightly protruding teeth.
Looking around he noticed he had cleared about half of the entry way crystals and felt like he should take some from the back so as to not upset the balance to much with the caves natural growth formation. After another few minutes he had collected another 25 and felt like that was enough, relaxing and calming his senses, inhaling a long, deep breath he felt himself suppressing his Lycan side and went back to just being a vampire.
"One day I hope I can just be me out in the open and not have to hide this side of myself" Shaun says disheartenedly, "A pipe dream" he shakes his head scoffing at himself "Let's get a move on, could lose that favour if I am late and don't hold up my end of our deal" he says before focusing back on task, wrapping up the crystals in his cloak, making sure everything was secure crawled out of the hovel and looked around before covering up the hole with some loose dirt and the funny shaped boulder that kinda looked like a claw which indicated to him to know where it was.
Taking off at not top speed but enough that he would make it at time, Shaun repeated his route that he took, going over his trail in all different direction a few times while reaching the the edge of the forest, taking the long route around the edge of the city as to not accidentally run into anything or anyone while carrying the crystals, Shaun spent another twenty minutes making his way back, leaping up to the roof and doing his usual, he made his way towards the warehouse, once he was close enough he sat down and watched as Elisha was doing everything she could to keep the buyer distracted till he got back.
He could hear the buyer getting a tad frustrated while she drolled on in her thick accent "Look I'm hear for the tablet and the shipment of crystals you promised, now if you dont stop suggesting all this other crap that I am not interested in I am going to get extreamly angry" a low growl could be heard and Elisha placed her hand on the hand gun she had in her waistline behind her back "Now now no need for threats, I just thought I could get you to be a repeat customer in the future, but if you carry on like this I might just black list you to all my other clients and Co-workers, hows that sound sugar?" She said with a smirk while her hand slightly trembled on the gun, "This woman is good" Shaun thought, jumping down behind the building and entering through the back door he quickly dumped the crystals into the half empty crate and lifted both crates up onto his shoulders before kicking open the door and walking through sideways, drawing both of their attentions "I got the stuff for you boss".
