Upon hearing the report from a Little Demon, Fang Xing climbed to the top of Bone Mountain with the Black Bear King, gazing into the distance. To his astonishment, he saw smoke signals billowing from the south, west, and east. On the red soil, behind mountain peaks, within secluded valleys, and in front of cliffs, formidable demons were leading their followers. Some carried flags sewn from beast skin, embroidered with the character "Ape" or "Tiger," clearly not coming with good intentions.
"Oh dear... The Fierce Ape King, Blood Tiger King, Ghost Bat King, Iron Corpse King, and Centipede King have all come at once. What are we to do? We might all end up as someone else's meal today..."
The little demons under the Black Bear Demon of Bone Mountain were terrified, trembling with fear and lamenting endlessly.
