Jacob pulled his hand out of the gaping hole that now showed through her abdomen, his fist covered once again in the purple goo that made up her entire physical structure.
He wrung his hands like a pair of clothes, wearing a disgusted expression on his face as the pieces of goo fell onto the ground and instantly dissolved into the air.
The young woman stood there with an expressionless face. Then she turned around, picked up the piece of her that had fallen almost lifelessly to the ground, and put it back in place. The entire sequence looked as natural to her as anything else in the entire world.
"How do you even live like this?" Jacob inquired with a confused expression. He wondered how the young woman could go so long without possessing a natural human body, even while looking just like a human.
