Even though nothing was normal about our trip to Hawaii, I wouldn't have it any other way. One thing that was pretty typical was that love was in the air. Freddy and Edward were quick to change into their swimsuits and do cannonballs into the pool. Ed, Marcus, and Martin followed suit as the guys tackled each other and dunked one another in the cool water.
I changed into the red bikini I had stuffed in my bag, but not before a quickie with Roman. We tossed around in bed before I had a chance to don the bathing suit. Making our own waves against the backdrop of the ocean's waves made us come fast and furious.
Down on the pool deck, I noticed Lauren sitting on one of the deck chairs, watching Martin as he joshed around in the pool with the guys.
"You know he saved my life, along with Lori's," I said.
"Oh?" she said. "I just heard him say he got out of the building just in time."
