That night Rick gathered the camp around the fire.
Everyone listened carefully.
"We can't stay here forever," he explained.
Shane nodded.
"Walkers are moving through the area."
Carol held Sophia close.
"Where do we go?"
Glenn spoke up.
"There's a farm about thirty miles north."
Rick looked at him.
"You've been there?"
"Once."
Glenn nodded.
"A guy named Hershel Greene owns it."
Hershel Greene.
"Big property. Lots of land."
Rick considered the idea.
"A farm could work."
Shane agreed.
"Fewer walkers."
Andrea added another point.
"Food too."
The group slowly began to agree.
Ghost stood slightly apart from the fire.
Rick walked over.
"You think it's a good idea?"
Ghost looked toward the stars above the quarry.
"Temporary safety."
Rick smiled slightly.
"That's the best we can hope for."
Ghost nodded.
"Yes."
Rick extended his hand.
"Then tomorrow… we move."
Across the camp Carl whispered to Sophia.
"We're going on a road trip."
Sophia smiled weakly.
"Do you think the soldier will come with us?"
Carl looked toward Ghost.
"Oh yeah."
He grinned.
"He's not going anywhere."
