Aria's POV
Aldric's office was on the third floor, corner position, the kind of room that said I have been here a long time and I intend to stay.
Zayn met us at the building entrance looking like a man who had been running on fury and no sleep since yesterday. He handed me a key card without a preamble.
"Security re-enabled my access an hour ago when Jin filed the emergency freeze," he said. "Nadia's people are still on the fourth floor but they can't legally touch anything pending the criminal investigation." He paused. "They're not happy about it."
"Good." I took the card. "Has anyone been in Aldric's office since you found the photo?"
"No. I locked it down myself."
"Stay here. Keep an eye on the lobby." I looked at Lucian. "Come on."
