Diana followed Mari and was shown a room . Mari left immediately after opening the door for her. Diana entered excited to see what Alexander's room looks like. Obviously she thought it's a master bedroom. Her smile faltered when she entered inside. The room only had a king size bed with night stands and a wardrobe and the bathroom then a mirror.
She was not expecting this. The room was even painted simply in white. Diana clenched her fists. Her bags were already there. She changed into a simple dress and walked out looking for Alexander. She reached downstairs only to see blood on the floor. Her eyes widened and she closed and opened them only to see there is no blood.
Diana felt like she is too tired that's why she is seeing things.
"What are you doing there?" Diana jumped and looked behind only to see Elizabeth standing at the top of the stairs. Her heart was beating so fast.
"I'm looking for Alexander. Mom where is he?" Diana asked. Elizabeth looked at her and smiled.
"Dear, Alexander is always busy. I will not be surprised if he is in the study." Elizabeth responded sweetly. Diana nodded. Elizabeth smiled and left. Diana looked at the other side of the mansion. She reached the second floor and was about to go to her room when she heard Alexander's voice.
She followed his voice and reached a room with a black door. The door was slightly ajar. She peaked and saw Scarlett in a black towel only. Her hand was on her bump while her hair was tied into a messy bun.
"So have you decided?" She heard Alexander's voice. From where she was standing she could not see him.
"No." Scarlett responded. Diana saw Alexander putting his hands on Scarlett's shoulders. He was massaging them
"That's amazing. Alex , I want to leave the house." Scarlett responded. Alexander stiffened and turned Scarlett to look at him.
"But you can't go anywhere without me. You are pregnant. You need to be safe." Diana frowned listening to them.
'Why is she only in a towel?' Diana thought. She came out of her thoughts and continued to peak.
"It's bad manners you know, to peek at someone's door Diana." Scarlett said coldly while looking directly at Diana. Diana felt embarrassed.
"Come in sister in law." Scarlett said coldly. Diana opened the door and entered while Alexander glared at her.
Diana looked around the room and she gasped. This room was so luxurious. It had a huge king sized bed which had black sheets. It had a closet. There was a hug photo frame on the wall but it was covered. The room was just huge and had a balcony.
It looked more beautiful than a hotel room. Diana turned to look at Scarlett. Alexander's hands were still on her shoulders.
"I heard voices and followed the sound. Sorry." She said making Scarlett nod. "You must have come to take your husband." Scarlett said simply.
"Yes of course." Diana responded arrogantly. "Okay. Let's go shopping tomorrow." Scarlett said to Diana making her nod.
Alexander looked at Scarlett and she also looked at him. Diana could feel the tension between them. Alexander left the room making Diana follow behind him.
"Alex." Diana said making Alexander halt. She took a deep breath and held his hand.
"Darling, I'm exhausted. Let's go to bed." Diana said sweetly. Alexander looked at her coldly.
"Don't you ever go to Scarlett's room. This is a warning." Alexander said and removed Diana's hand on his.
Diana frowned. There is something about Scarlett that doesn't sit well with her. The girl is just too cold and emotionless for her liking but who cares what's important is her husband.
She followed Alexander and saw him leaving the mansion. Before she could reach him, Alexander got in his car.
Diana returned to her room. She was exhausted after wearing the heavy gown. She retired to her Dreamland. A shadow was in Diana's room watching her with a smirk.

It was morning already. The dining room was filled with maids running around putting food on the table for the family. One by one everyone got downstairs.
Elizabeth was chatting with Isla while Max was looking at the ceiling. Diana was sitting besides Alexander. They heard footsteps and Scarlett was coming downstairs with the help of Marie.
Her hair was put in a lose bun. She was wearing a black dress. It was not tight. She had slippers on. She sat down besides Elizabeth.
"Ruby, what would you like? I ask the cook to make your favourite." Elizabeth said putting food on Scarlett's plate. Diana rolled her eyes.
Alexander kept his eyes on Scarlett. Everyone started eating their breakfast.
"Scarlett are we still going shopping?" Diana asked making Scarlett look at her.
"No. She is not going anywhere." Alexander responded coldly while looking at Scarlett who clenched her fists.
"I want to go. I need fresh air." Scarlett responded.
"Alex don't worry. I will go with them." Elizabeth said softly.
"No mama. She stays home. She is pregnant. I will be worried." Alexander responded. Diana clenched her fists.
"Darling, why are you worrying? We should just call the father of her baby to accompany us. That way you won't be worried." Diana responded.
Everyone looked at her. Diana felt so small because of the glares from everyone in the room.
"You talk too much." Isla said.
"Bro just let her go out. There will not be gone for a long time. You can send the guards." Max suggested.
"Fine. " Alexander responded. "Also we have a party tonight. It's a business party also for introducing my wife." Alexander said making everyone nod.
They finished their breakfast as Alexander and Max stood up to leave. Alexander looked at Scarlett who was glaring at him. He sighed.
"Darling, you are leaving? (pout) " Diana said as Alexander nodded.
"Ruby a word?" Alexander said and she nodded. Alexander helped her stand up as they headed outside. Max bid goodbye to everyone.
"Look I'm sorry for my behavior. I'm just worried about you." Alexander said as Scarlett's eyes softened.
Scarlett held Alexander's hand and put it on her baby bump as the man smiled. The baby kicked. Alexander leaned in to kiss Scarlett's baby bump.
"Just look after yourself. Call me if you need anything okay. You know I'm always worried about you." Alexander said softly.
"I will be fine. You worry too much." Scarlett responded.
"When is your next check up?" Alexander asked her. "Tomorrow." Scarlett responded.
"I will be eight months pregnant." Scarlett added as Alexander melted and kissed her cheek.
"Very well. I will come with you. Have a good day. Keep your phone with you at all times."
Scarlett nodded. Alexander kissed her cheek again and left. Scarlett was watching his car leave. She smirked to herself.
"Time for shopping."
