"Bye mom bye grandpa" I said as grabbed a chicken sandwich and headed out. This summer I was working in a country club by the beach in California. We weren't rich but grandpa had a house by the beach so we came to visit and I decided to work there. It was really fun we got to drink nice beers and most of the girls were dating the guys even though they knew it wouldn't last, I also had a crush, "Carmela you're here early" my crush Oliver said. Oliver was tall, he had brown hair and grey eyes, he had recently tanned skin. He was fit and a bit muscular and seventeen a year older than me. Ill be turning sixteen soon anyways. "Yeah, I woke up early and full of energy what's your reason" I replied. "Well, you could say I really wanted to see you" he replied. Not yet but mom said its fine either way if I get in or not and grandpa says when if I get in were having seafood and beer at the beach" I replied enthusiastically. I was so excited I didn't see the angry look on Olivers face. This wasn't my first time meeting Oliver we were once childhood friends until my dad divorced my mum when I was younger. Dad owned a fashion company is about everything I know about him because he cut off from mum and adopted a son as his heir when he had me and mum didn't want to talk about him but she says she doesn't regret him because he gave her me, which honestly is so cute. "Oh, Oliver mum says hi" I told him as I left to the drink counter. I really liked jessie she was a confident bisexual she was mixed like me she was part African and part Spanish. I loved how cool she was, you could say she's what I aspired to be she wasn't really smart but she was good at fashion and even got a scholarship to study there she's only working here because she wanted to secure connections.
