Synopsis
Detection Target: Garp] [Romantically Capable, Estimated Success Reward: 400,000 Points] [Note: Although I don't know how utterly depraved you are to detect an empty-nest old man who picks his nose all day, there's no doubt that conquering this great naval hero will grant you an incredibly amazing points reward.] *Snap! * Noxia expressionlessly closed the attribute panel, thinking this silly system must have something wrong with it. There's a limit to jokes, you idiot! ... Just as he was wholeheartedly striving towards his dream of becoming a naval powerhouse, he accidentally acquired a cheat code called the "Love Cell Cultivation System," which grants points upon successful romance! "I, Noxia, owe my success today entirely to my own efforts!" On the battlefield, facing the onrushing Whitebeard Pirates, Noxia remained calm, his gaze cold. "Deep Blue, add points!" (A reasonable harem story, limited female leads, not a mindless harem, romantic scenes are just for fun)

At the moment when his afternoon swordsmanship training ended, Noxia clearly heard the voice coming from above.

He frowned, ignored it, pulled his white coat hanging on the wall, draped it over his shoulder, and stepped out of the training ground of the elite recruit camp.

It was nearing dusk.

On the tree-lined avenue leading to the restaurant, there were still many naval soldiers like him who had just come out of the training ground, walking and chatting together. All he could see were young and enthusiastic faces.

Noxia walked alone under the trees. He tried to be inconspicuous, but he was still like a firefly in the night, quite eye catching in the crowd.

Standing at 1.95 meters tall, his slender and upright frame, framed by medium length black hair, revealed a handsome yet masculine face. His scarred, bronze colored, bare torso, glistening with sweat and brimming with vitality after the day's intense training, exuded a captivating aura like the warm winter sun.

The female naval personnel at headquarters were not numerous, but there were still quite a few.

Many young girls would occasionally steal glances in his direction, mesmerized by his handsome face, half lit and half shadowed by the trees. Occasionally, their eyes would meet Noxia's for a fleeting moment, and they would blush and turn away like startled rabbits.

The same monotonous daily routine as always…

Noxia was already used to those admiring glances hidden among the crowd. He pretended to be nonchalant, but inwardly he recalled the voice that had just echoed in his mind.

Was this a bit too much? Awakening the system only now?

Noxia, who had been in this world for nineteen years, was born in the year 1482 of the Sea Calendar into an ordinary family stationed near the 16th Branch base of the East Blue.

His father was a Marine officer serving as a branch captain at the base, while his mother worked diligently tending their family's orange grove, much like many families living on peaceful islands of the East Blue.

Because of his exceptional physique from a young age, his strict father had high hopes for him, training and nurturing him to become a figure like the legendary naval hero Garp.

Back then, as a naive young boy, Noxia, panting from training and swinging wooden swords under the scorching sun, had countless times fantasized about receiving a transmigrator's perk like a "Strongest Naval System" or a "Supreme Swordsman Inheritance System" that would allow him to rapidly grow stronger like the great warriors of the seas.

Unfortunately, this simple wish remained unfulfilled.

Until a year ago, when Vice Admiral Garp happened to pass through the East Blue while inspecting Marine bases. After witnessing Noxia's natural strength and discipline, Garp personally selected him and brought him to Marineford, allowing him to join the elite Marine training camp where the headquarters cultivated future officers.

He had no choice but to abandon that childhood fantasy and completely sever the idea.

Now, a system suddenly appeared. Whether it was too late or not was another matter, but what was with this bizarre name, the "Love Cell Cultivation System"?

Who does it think he is?

Noxia is no fool when it comes to love!

Although Noxia has not had a serious relationship yet, his outstanding looks are undeniable, and he also has a beautiful childhood sweetheart back home with whom he grew up, sharing a very close bond. Given his promising future as a Marine and the enviable romance waiting for him back home, did he really need something like this?

Before he knew it, the tree lined avenue had come to an end.

Noxia entered the restaurant, the enticing aroma of food filling his nostrils and instantly making him forget everything else. He grabbed his bowl, ready to join the queue.

The training program at the elite camp was incredibly rigorous. Besides swordsmanship practice and physical conditioning, they were also required to study the Marine combat techniques known as the Six Styles, making every day exhausting.

He was already starving before even leaving the training grounds.

After spending a few minutes getting his food, Noxia casually found a table in a quiet corner and sat down. Before he had even taken a couple of bites, two figures carrying their trays familiarly sat down on the stools opposite him.

The one on the left was a burly young man with a cigarette dangling from his lips, his eyes slightly lowered and his features appearing somewhat harsh and sinister.

On the right was a tall, thin blond boy with rather handsome features, but he always looked worried. He had not been sitting down long before he let out several long sighs.

"Hey, this is a restaurant, Shiryu! How many times have I told you, at least put out your cigarette while you're eating!"

Noxia glared at the burly young man, then looked at the blond boy and teased with a smile, "What's wrong, little Rosinante? Why are you sighing like that as soon as you get here?"

Shiryu, Rosinante.

The two were close friends who had entered the elite training camp around the same time as him. One was four years older, the other a year younger. They had shared joys and hardships during the past year of brutal training under the Marine instructors, and their friendship had gradually deepened.

"It is all about the recent assessment."

Shiryu stubbed out his cigarette and pursed his lips.

"Last month, this guy did not perform well in the Six Styles training and only got sixth place in the overall assessment. He cried like a baby and even boasted to Instructor Zephyr that he would definitely get first place this month."

"But recently, his Six Styles training has not made much progress. With the assessment in two days, he has lost confidence again."

"I... I did not cry!"

Rosinante's face turned red.

"Besides, Shiryu, did you not complain the other day that Instructor Zephyr was teaching the Six Styles too fast and that you could barely keep up with the training pace? Are you confident about the assessment in two days?"

"Well, I am sorry to disappoint you."

Shiryu glanced at him sideways, slowly stuffed a rice ball into his mouth, and chewed it in small bites.

"I thought about it for a while the day before yesterday and accidentally figured out Moonwalk and Shave. I should be able to handle the assessment and get a top spot."

"Huh?" Rosinante was instantly stunned. "You have already learned them? I am still struggling with Paper Drawing. I am not very proficient at it..."

Noxia silently ate his meal while listening to their conversation and inwardly sighed.

These two guys were excellent in almost every aspect. The only annoying thing was that they sometimes said shocking things in such a casual tone, which was truly enviable and made people want to pin them down and beat them up.

What was his ranking in last month's assessment?

Fifty sixth, or fifty seventh?

Noxia could not quite remember.

In the entire elite camp of Marine Headquarters there were just over two hundred recruits in his cohort, and he had consistently ranked between fifty and sixty since he entered, incredibly stable.

Although overall he was barely in the upper middle tier, compared to these two monsters who were always competing for first and second place, he was completely outmatched.

Noxia knew that his physical abilities far exceeded those of ordinary people. In his hometown near the Marine base of the East Blue 16th Branch, almost no one of his peers could compare to him. But this was Marine Headquarters at Marineford, the core of the World Government's military power, a place personally overseen by great figures like Fleet Admiral Kong and the legendary instructor Zephyr. It was a place teeming with elites, and there were simply too many monsters and geniuses here.

The world had never been fair, especially on the seas of the Grand Line. An extreme example was Charlotte Linlin, the future Yonko known as Big Mom. Even as a child on Elbaf, she possessed terrifying strength capable of destroying villages and defeating giant warriors, something that ordinary people could never even dream of reaching.

Noxia's parents were ordinary people with average talent. Since joining Marine Headquarters, he had relied entirely on his terrifying self discipline, undergoing hellish training every single day under the strict training system established by the Marines. Reaching his current level was already quite remarkable.

As for bridging the gap between himself and those true geniuses, aside from eating a powerful Devil Fruit like the rare Logia or Mythical Zoan types that appeared occasionally in Marine records, the only other option seemed to be relying on the system. In other words, using a cheat ability that most transmigrators dreamed of.

However, what he had finally obtained did not look like a proper combat system at all.

During a break from eating, Noxia tried opening the system's attribute panel with his mind. A semi transparent panel emitting a pale blue glow instantly appeared before his eyes.

[Name: Romanov Noxia]

[Age: 19]

[Strength: 7]

[Agility: 6]

[Stamina: 9]

[Intelligence: 8]

[Charisma: 10]

[Current Points: 1501 (Gift)]

[Skills: Dual wielding swordsmanship (Beginner), Six Styles (Introductory), Firearms shooting (Beginner), Hand to hand combat (Introductory), Self discipline (Master)]

Below was a note explaining that the average value for ordinary Marine Headquarters soldiers was five points.

Looking at this panel, aside from his unsurprisingly high Charisma stat, the other physical attributes were fairly average. His Agility was particularly unimpressive, only slightly higher than the average Marine soldier.

However, as a member of the Marine Headquarters elite training camp personally trained by Instructor Zephyr, Noxia's combat strength actually far surpassed that of ordinary Marine soldiers stationed in the Blues. In pure hand to hand combat, he estimated that he could easily deal with a dozen ordinary soldiers at once.

Clearly, the calculation of attribute points was not as simple as adding numbers together. It likely followed some type of exponential growth rule. The higher the attribute level, the greater the gap in strength represented by each additional point.

As for skills…

Noxia glanced at the somewhat shabby list of skills on his panel and fell silent for a moment. He truly had not expected the system's evaluation standards to be so strict.

For example, he felt that his marksmanship training was already quite decent compared to many recruits in the camp, yet it was only ranked as beginner level. His Six Styles training and hand to hand combat were even worse, being judged merely as introductory.

The evaluation for Self Discipline was ridiculously high, but could something like that even be considered a combat skill?

Noxia silently picked up his soup bowl and drank the hot borscht inside in one gulp.

So far the system looked fairly normal, but Noxia had not forgotten that strange name.

With a cautious mindset, he searched around the attribute panel and finally found a button that opened a secondary page listing the rules and regulations of the system.

...

There were many additional scattered rules listed below, but the key information was concentrated near the beginning and Noxia quickly finished reading through them.

He ignored the first rule which was filled with obvious flaws and after thinking carefully about the system rules several times in his mind, he opened the shop button located on the right side of the system panel.

The interface was simple and direct and there was no need to flip pages. Only six items were currently displayed on the shop panel.
