Chapter 10: The Vanguard of the Damned

The atmosphere on Beerus's planet was no longer just tense; it was thick with the scent of ozone and ancient, dormant power. Beerus stood his ground, his eyes darting between my ten "God-level" warriors and the horizon.

"You think you're the only one who's been preparing for a rainy day, Champa?" Beerus hissed, a dark, jagged grin splitting his face. "I've known about the 'Blind Spots' since the day I took this job. I just knew better than to stick my head out and wave a flag like you did."

Whis tapped his staff on the grass. "Lord Beerus has been... 'collecting' certain anomalies. Beings too dangerous to be left in the mortal cycle, but too valuable to be erased."

From the shadows of the massive temple tree, three figures stepped forward. The air pressure shifted instantly, clashing against the weight of my Soulbound aura.

The Frost Ancestor: Koldar

The first was a Frost Demon, but he didn't look like Freeza or the bloated King Cold. He was sleek, his skin a matte, obsidian black with bioluminescent veins of deep violet. He moved with a terrifying, predatory stillness.

"Freeza's lineage is a diluted joke," Beerus muttered. "This is Koldar, the long-lost uncle who was so efficient at genocide he nearly emptied the sector before the first Kai was born. He didn't just master his Golden form; he mastered the vacuum of the Void."

The Prime Elder: Muuri-Sa

Behind him stood a Namekian of impossible proportions. He wasn't the withered, kindly elder I remembered. This was a warrior-scholar in his absolute prime, his skin a vibrant, healthy emerald, his muscles corded like the roots of the World Tree.

"The Great Elder of the First Generation," Whis explained. "Before the Namekian schism. He doesn't just use magic; he is magic. His ki is so dense it creates its own gravitational field."

The Demon of Sadala: Akuma-Rashi

But it was the third one that made my Saiyan squad growl in unison. He was a Saiyan, but his hair wasn't black or gold—it was a sickly, pulsating crimson. Dark, leathery wings sprouted from his back, and his eyes were pits of pure, chaotic energy.

"A Sadala Saiyan from the First Era," Beerus said, his voice dropping to a whisper. "He fell to the Demon Realm and survived. He's not a Super Saiyan. He's something the underworld spat back out because it couldn't digest him. I call him Akuma-Rashi."

The Union of Two Universes

Cala stepped forward, her silver-black hair shimmering. She stared at Akuma-Rashi, her hand twitching toward her ki-blade. The Demon Saiyan let out a low, guttural chuckle that sounded like grinding stones.

"So," I said, looking at the three newcomers. "You've been hiding three God of Destruction-level hitters in your basement this whole time?"

"Contingency plans, Champa," Beerus replied, finally stepping into his official robes. "If the Council of Eighteen is calling, it means the Great Priest is ready to test the structural integrity of the multiverse. We don't go there as rivals. We go as a unified front."

The Strategy of the Eighteen

The "Meeting of the Eighteen" was set to take place in the Neutral Void—a space between dimensions where even time didn't exist. It was a no-man's-land where the laws of physics were whatever the strongest God in the room decided they were.

"We have thirteen high-tier fighters," I calculated, my mind racing. "My ten, plus your three 'monsters.' Plus us two and the Angels."

"And Goku and Vegeta," Beerus added. "Whis is fetching them now. They've been training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with a modified 'God-Core' catalyst."

I looked at my hands. I felt the collective pulse of Universe 6—the industrial roar of the Tungstens, the fierce pride of the Saiyans—all flowing into me. I was 150% stronger than my old self, but looking at the assembled force, I realized for the first time that this might not be a "test." This was going to be a war for the very right to exist.

"Vados," I said, turning to my Attendant. "Can the transport cube handle this many high-density ki signatures?"

"It will be tight, My Lord," Vados teased, her composure returning. "I suggest no one brings any luggage. Except perhaps for Akuma-Rashi's... bloodthirst. That seems to take up quite a bit of space."

The Final Preparation

As we boarded the cube, the combined power of the group was so immense that the space around Beerus's planet began to warp into a localized black hole.

"Listen up!" I roared, standing at the head of the group. "Universe 16 and their 'Blind Spot' buddies think we're just fuel for their fire. They think because they've been hiding in the dark, they're the monsters."

I looked at Cala, then at Koldar, then at the Demon Saiyan.

"Let's show them that the light of the 'Lower Twelve' is hot enough to burn the Void itself."

Beerus stood beside me, his arms crossed. "For once, brother... I agree with you. Let's go ruin their dinner."
