Hanamichi, now named Izangi after his death, is reincarnated from an apocalyptic world due to corporate greed, to My Hero Academia, and is born into a family of quirkless vigilantes with the power of Human Torch as his quirk. He plans to protect this world using his powers and make sure it doesn't follow the path of his old world by any means necessary.
