It was the morning of Holi, and the small town of Shantipur was full of excitement. Children were running through the streets with water balloons, music was playing loudly, and clouds of colorful gulal filled the air.
Among the children was a boy named Kabir. He loved Holi more than any other festival. Every year he waited eagerly to play with his friends.
But this year something was different.
Kabir noticed a new girl in the neighborhood named Anaya. She had recently moved to the town and didn't know anyone. While other children were laughing and throwing colors, she was sitting quietly near her house watching them.
Kabir felt a little sad seeing her alone. He picked up a small plate of pink gulal and walked toward her.
"Happy Holi," he said with a friendly smile.
Anaya looked surprised. She hesitated for a moment because she was shy.
Kabir gently put a little color on her cheek and said, "Don't worry. Holi is more fun when we celebrate together."
Slowly, Anaya smiled. She took some yellow gulal and applied it on Kabir's face.
Soon Kabir's friends joined them, and everyone started playing together. They laughed, ran through the streets, and threw colors into the air. The whole place looked like a rainbow.
After some time they sat together and shared sweets like Gujiya. Anaya felt happy because she had made new friends on her very first Holi in the town.
As the sun started setting, Kabir realized something important.
The most beautiful color of Holi was not red, blue, or green.
It was the color of friendship.
✨ Message: Holi reminds us that sharing happiness and kindness can make someone's world colorful. 🌈
