Chapter 43 - Different Winterhold and The College - Chapter 43

Marcus knew that the telekinesis project was not a project that could be finished while camping in the wilderness.

It would not make any sense logically.

"I should wait until I am at Winterhold College."

Marcus thought and then kept on resting until the time passed.

In the morning time, he had some breakfast and then got up from the ground and packed everything and then started riding.

The time passed quickly.

Other than training in existing spells, Marcus did not focus on telekinesis.

He believed he had enough spells to worry for the time being.

He needed to master and understand how to cast the existing spells greatly before focusing on some other spells.

One day.

Five days.

Tenth day.

And finally, fifteen days later, he looked up and nodded.

"Many people are here, more than I imagined they would be."

Marcus was on the road to Winterhold; there were more than several hundred carriages going in and out.

He did not focus on anybody and just entered.

As he entered the perimeter of the city, he saw the wreckage of some of the areas.

The city was broken down due to past events, but it was still not like in the game.

If half of the city is broken and wreckage, half of it still exists and prospers.

"Not bad," Marcus said and then continued to enter.

The soldiers here all wear Stormcloak cloaks instead of Imperial ones, as it was controlled by Stormcloaks and under the control of Ulfric.

Marcus entered without any problem, and then after moving back and forth in the city, he saw the big entrance to the College of Winterhold.

It is a lot different than again in the game.

Instead of just a simple entrance, it was guarded by some of the soldiers who were wearing cloaks, and three carriages could easily pass it. It was inside that led up to the college.

"I wonder how many mages are inside of it." Marcus thought and then first went to one of the inns that he saw, close to the entrance, and then entered.

The warm air and the smell of good food hit him in the face.

"After about a month of travel, this feeling of entering a warm inn never changes."

Marcus thought.

He sat at an empty corner table, and a young man arrived.

"I want good meat food and some mead, also some salad on the side."

The man nodded.

"It is seven drakes for everything."

Marcus noticed the price difference but said nothing as he paid one septim.

"What is the cost of a room?"

The man said.

"Three drakes."

Marcus nodded.

"Okay."

"It is cheaper," he thought and then gave the man one septim.

"For the food and one room."

The young man nodded and smiled.

"I will be coming with your food right away, and after you finish your room, I can show you your room for a day."

Marcus nodded and then waited for his food to arrive.

Before entering the college, he wanted to rest and get a good night's sleep and clean himself.

After all that sitting and resting in the wilderness, he wanted to be in the best shape before going up to meet with the mages.

After his food arrived, Marcus started wolfing it down and drinking mead with it as much as he could.

"Great."
