Jiang Zheyu scrambled off the Nine-tailed Fox and discovered that the beasts that had been lying on the ground around them were gone.
Well, not all of them were gone.
Shan Xun, who had been fast asleep since yesterday, still hadn't woken up. He remained in his black wolf form, deep in slumber.
Jiang Zheyu didn't know if she had managed to heal him.
But this wasn't the time to be concerned about that.
Another violent noise came from the outer hatch.
She quickly got off the sofa and trotted toward the Starship's hatch.
A moment later, she stopped at the hatchway.
Outside, wild beasts were pouncing on and tearing at each other. Many trees had been haphazardly knocked to the ground, which was covered in massive craters and claw marks.
The ground was also spattered with blood, mottled and messy.
Moreover, the ground was already littered with the corpses of many beasts.
Jiang Zheyu couldn't tell if these were actual wild animals or Beastmen.
