MHA: Ultimate Outsider

"The old world is dying, and the new world struggles to be born: now is the time of monsters." The most turbulent time in human history, when "Quirks" aren't possessed by most of the population. The split? 70/30. And yet the problem of "Meta Human Abilities" seems to be at the heart of all modern issues. The world teeters on the edge of total collapse as frictions, both the old and the new, rear their ugly heads. Then we meet John Doe, newly assigned member of the Meta Human Assessment organisation, or MHA. Tasked with "mediating" the peace in JonesTown, with the mass increase of a quirky population. Tough job all things considered, if not for the alien being currently bonded to his mind. "You/I/We better buckle up partner, it's gonna be a wild ride."
