Within the Land of Waves.
The scorching sun blazed overhead beneath a clear sky stretching for miles.
"What kind of plant is this? I've never seen it before," Naruto said excitedly while carrying a large backpack and looking around like a tourist.
Since it was his first time going on a mission far from home, he was extremely excited.
Sasuke walked beside him with his hands in his pockets and a very small backpack as he glanced at Naruto indifferently and said coldly.
"Idiot, when you're being leisurely and foolish, the enemy might suddenly appear."
Sakura Haruno carried a small backpack as she glared at Naruto and scolded him.
"Naruto, you should learn more from Sasuke. We are escorting the client and must remain vigilant at all times."
Only Naruto followed Renji's instructions and brought a large amount of snacks for the mission.
"Tch, what's so great about Sasuke, that arrogant guy? Of course I remember the mission content. Some very fierce bandits might appear."
Naruto said as he pulled out a kunai and exaggeratedly looked left and right while pretending to investigate.
"I'm staying alert. Even if bandits appear, I can easily defeat them."
"Super idiot, how could enemies appear in broad daylight?" Sasuke replied mockingly.
"The enemies are probably waiting until we lower our guard before suddenly appearing to eliminate the client."
Team 7 had already entered the Land of Waves and still had not encountered any bandits since leaving the village.
Either the bandits had given up.
Or they were waiting for the right moment to strike.
"Sasuke is so cool," Sakura Haruno said dreamily while looking at Sasuke, then glanced dismissively at Naruto and continued, "Compared to Naruto..."
Even during his first mission outside the village, Sasuke could analyze the situation calmly.
Sasuke really was impressive.
"Damn it, what's with the arrogance, always trying to show off," Naruto muttered angrily while glaring at Sasuke.
"Just a few bandits. We can treat them like a game," Renji said casually.
As he pulled a bag of salt and pepper potato chips from Naruto's backpack, opened it, and glanced at Tazuna.
"Right, stinky old man?"
Tazuna's heart trembled slightly as his gaze shifted away nervously and he replied stiffly, "Uh... mm."
Naruto looked at Renji angrily and protested.
"Teacher Renji, those are snacks I bought with my own money. I think you only told us to bring snacks because you wanted to eat them yourself."
Renji held up a potato chip and shook it lightly before saying, "Want some? Don't be shy."
He really did like snacks.
He just did not like carrying them himself.
Naruto snorted, "That's what I'm saying. Those are my chips."
Sakura Haruno looked helplessly at Renji and complained, "Teacher Renji, Naruto being an idiot is one thing, but can't you be less relaxed? We're still on a mission."
Renji had remained relaxed the entire time, treating this mission like a sightseeing trip.
Sakura Haruno could not be that calm.
Even if the enemies were only bandits, carelessness could still lead to death.
"No need to worry so much. If we encounter danger, we'll just use the stinky old man as bait and run away," Renji said casually as he slapped Sakura Haruno's round butt.
"Is that what a guard should say? And where are you hitting!" Sakura Haruno shouted as her face flushed bright red while she glared at Renji angrily.
Bastard.
Stinking rogue.
Why did Teacher Renji always take advantage of her?
Was he perverted? Or did Teacher Renji like girls like her?

Sakura Haruno blushed and shyly glanced at Renji before secretly looking at Sasuke again.
Teacher Renji was handsome.
But calm and cool Sasuke was also handsome.
What should she do? It was too hard to choose.
"I know I'm handsome, but don't overthink it. The reason I take advantage of you is because you're the only woman here," Renji said calmly while eating chips.
The journey was too boring.
He needed some entertainment.
To be honest, her backside was small but felt pretty good.
"Sakura-chan is too boy-crazy," Naruto sighed.
"Who's overthinking it!" Sakura Haruno shouted as she punched Naruto angrily after her thoughts were exposed.
Naruto fell to the ground while clutching his head and complained, "Why am I the one getting hit!"
Teacher Renji touched Sakura's backside, but Naruto was the one who got punched.
Why!
Renji glanced at Sakura Haruno.
Earlier she had been nervous and afraid enemies might appear at any time.
After some teasing, she was no longer so tense.
