The battlefield was silent.
Broken buildings surrounded the area.
Smoke covered the sky.
Everyone was injured.
Siya could barely stand.
Kiro, Leon, Alya, and the other students were exhausted.
Even the strongest warriors of the Tiger Army were down.
And in the center...
Arashio stood alone.
Blood covered his clothes.
His breathing was heavy.
His fists were trembling.
But he refused to fall.
Inside his consciousness...
James and Saku suddenly became serious.
James looked toward the battlefield.
"...He's here."
Saku swallowed.
"The Nature God."
A massive green aura descended from the sky.

The ground cracked.
Trees suddenly grew through the destroyed streets.
Roots wrapped around buildings.
Leaves flew through the air like blades.
Then a figure slowly stepped out of the green energy.
The Nature God had arrived.
Arashio stared at him.
James whispered,
"Arashio..."
"We can't fight him."
Saku nodded.
"He's on another level."
Arashio clenched his fists.
"Then I'll fight anyway."
James shouted,
"ARE YOU CRAZY?!"
Saku yelled,
"FOR ONCE, LISTEN TO JAMES!"
Arashio looked at the two souls inside his mind.
Then he smiled.
"Don't worry."
"I have a deal."
James blinked.
"What deal?"
Arashio's eyes became serious.
"If you two help me..."
"I'll give you everything I've got."
James stared.
"...Everything?"
Saku slowly smiled.
"Now that's the Arashio we know."
The two souls stepped forward.
Blue lightning surrounded James.
Crimson energy surrounded Saku.
Their powers began flowing toward Arashio.
BOOOOOOOOOOM!!
Arashio's left side exploded with blue lightning.
His right side erupted with crimson flames.
His eyes became completely different.
One—
Neon Blue.
The other—
Crimson Red.
Arashio lowered his head.
His aura became wild.
James laughed.
"Okay..."
Saku grinned.
"Let's go."
Arashio suddenly disappeared.
BOOM!!
He appeared directly in front of the Nature God.
His fist flew forward.
But—
The Nature God caught it.
One hand.
Arashio's eyes widened.
The Nature God calmly looked at him.
"Interesting."
Arashio grinned.
"You're strong."
James shouted inside his mind,
"THAT'S NOT THE TIME TO COMPLIMENT HIM!"
Saku laughed.
"He's definitely lost it."
Arashio suddenly twisted his body.
BOOOOOOM!!
A crimson kick struck the Nature God.
But the Nature God didn't move.
Instead—
He raised his fist.
BAM!!
His fist slammed directly into Arashio's chest.
The world went silent.
Arashio's eyes widened.
Then—
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!
A massive green shockwave exploded from his body.
"ARASHIO!!"
Siya screamed.
Inside Arashio's consciousness—
James and Saku were thrown backward.
James shouted,
"WHAT WAS THAT?!"
Saku looked toward Arashio.
"...Something's wrong."
The Nature God's hand remained against Arashio's chest.
Then his power suddenly changed.
CRACK.
A strange force pulled James and Saku out of Arashio's body.
"NO!"
Arashio reached toward them.
James was dragged into the air.
Saku struggled against the energy.
"ARASHIO!"
"RUN!"
Arashio screamed,
"JAMES! SAKU!"
The two souls were pulled completely out.
BOOOOOOM!!
They became visible physical soul forms.
Blue lightning surrounded James.
Crimson energy surrounded Saku.
The Nature God's army immediately surrounded them.
Massive green chains appeared.
CLANK!
James was trapped.
Saku was trapped beside him.
James looked at Saku.
"...This is your fault."
Saku stared at him.
"MY fault?!"
"You told him to fight!"
"You literally agreed!"
"Guys..."
James and Saku stopped arguing.
A soldier locked another chain around their cage.
Saku sighed.
"...We're in trouble."
James nodded.
"Very big trouble."
Meanwhile, Arashio dropped to one knee.
He stared at the cages.
His fists clenched.
"Give them back..."
The Nature God turned away.
"Not yet."
Green energy surrounded the captured souls.
A massive portal opened in the sky.
Beyond it...
An unknown universe could be seen.
A place filled with endless stars.
The Nature God's army began carrying James and Saku toward the portal.
Arashio tried to stand.
"WAIT!"
Siya grabbed his arm.
"Arashio!"
He looked at her.
His eyes were filled with anger.
James looked back one final time.
"Arashio!"
Saku shouted,
"Don't give up!"
The portal began closing.
Arashio screamed—
"JAMES!!"
"SAKU!!"
WHOOSH!
The portal vanished.
Silence returned.
Arashio stood frozen.
His two friends...
Were gone.
Far beyond the universe...
Two cages floated through an endless cosmic battlefield.
James looked through the bars.
"...Where are they taking us?"
Saku slowly smiled.
"I don't know."
"But something tells me..."
"...this is only the beginning."
Back on Earth, Arashio slowly raised his head.
His blue and crimson eyes began glowing again.
"If they want war..."
"...I'll bring them war."
