Quinn and the group of friends were heading back to their dorm room after class when they were suddenly surrounded.
Sil: Well, if this didn't take long. And these look like a new level of trouble. I think this is a new record for you, Quinn.
Quinn: Is it because there are 20 of them? And they're all high level, and none of them are second years.
Aaron: This feels more like a warm-up. I could use the challenge.
Layla: Do you have to think about training right now? This is a serious matter. Something big is going on. And you want to train by using these people as your personal punching bag.
Peter: Who did we upset that they sent 20 vampires out for us? Are we caught up in some kind of war that we weren't informed about?
As Peter visibly becomes nervous, looking around.
Sil: On top of all that, every last one of these guys is level 6, so what vampire family did you upset? What trouble are we all in now? Because of you, Quinn
Quinn visibly sighs.
Quinn: I don't know who I upset, but this is a lot of trouble, and I wasn't prepared for this. But we're way stronger than these guys, so I'm not too worried.

Minx sat by her tree with her team, eating and enjoying their time. She visibly felt the disturbance that her husband was in danger.
Minx thought to herself. What trouble did they get themselves into now?
Back with Quinn's group.
Greetings, talent boy. My name is Grun. I am a high-ranking vampire of the Talon Faction despite being a student. I am far stronger than most of these humans could ever imagine. And I'm here with the rest of us to teach you, in your pathetic little group, a lesson not to underestimate my family and to teach anyone the superiority of the vampires. The humans will yield to our strength, and we will show them the might and the strength that they wish to have. The humans should beg to become us vampires; we are the superior species. And they should be ruled over. We shouldn't be dealing with these human factions any longer; it's bad enough. The werewolves are back, and now we have to deal with the fact that more vampire families are appearing. This is truly despicable,e you who defile the family by taking on The Punisher's power, a direct descendant of the 10th family. It is far too pathetic to think about. We are the mighty 6 family, and we will show the explosive power, and your pathetic excuse for a life will be erased.

Quinn: I see the Civil War Has Begun. I knew I couldn't avoid it forever, but I expected students from the families to try to pick a fight with me; the salt and bitterness from the other families is ridiculous. Are they really so upset that I am a punisher? I bet at the same time, no.
Erin: Well, you are The Punisher boy, and you are also the descendant of the 10th family, so you're going to be all kinds of chaos. I mean, you're such an easy punching bag for everyone to make fun of. I'm not surprised by it, but knowing you, you're not gonna roll over for the easy-to-guess, are you?
Layla: Hey, what's that little cold? Could you be a little nicer? The amount of salt you just poured over his wounds from this nonsense is a little much. It's not his fault that these stupid families have an ego trip every time something doesn't go their way.
Peter: Can we actually have a school life without being dragged into a major conflict with a family or a Civil War or something? I don't think our lives are being treated fairly.
Somewhere else on the base.
CIA: Finally, I got an opportunity to get away. No, I just gotta find a way to get off. This base, and back to the main headquarters to report all this important information. Can't believe how much was hidden away.
As she's looking around, trying to find a way for her to escape, somebody snuck up on her, and a large leopard rose up from his feet and tentacles out of his back as it leaped on top of her, pinning her to the ground.
Minx: I was given orders by the vampire, Knight Leo. To not allow you to escape the base and make sure that you stay out of trouble. So you won't be going back to pure anytime soon. Also, Logan made a special device for me. That will turn you into my personal coat. So I'll have myself a CIA coat wrapped around me at all times.
CIA: I'm pretty sure that escaping or not getting in trouble does not mean turning me into your personal coat. Can you please stop trying to torture me? I am not a fuzzy animal to bond with. I am not your stuffed animal to squish, and I'm definitely not your coat. I will not tolerate this insanity.
In the distance, far away, Agent 90 had arrived at the base and was viewing the activities that were going on. He noticed that one of their agents was trying to escape and was captured and tied up. So it appears that our agents in this school have been either captured or turned against us. Arrested and tried was far more true than we were expecting. The higher-ups are not gonna like this.
A shadow began to fall as somebody appeared through the Earth behind him.
Shizuka: Don't worry, you will have nothing to report to your higher-ups. After I'm done with you, you'll have nothing left.
Sometime later in the afternoon, Silver was training her little brother And Friend.
Silver. Alright, you're 2 groups here; you're still not fully used to the strength difference. I know you guys are stronger than anyone else here. Now that you are all level 8 ability users, you guys are still not fully used to that strength difference, so you need to get used to it.
Fax. Come on, says, give us a little credit. We know how to manage our strength. Both our groups are capable of understanding how to hold back, but it's interesting to have this much more strength from all his training; we're not gonna let it go to our heads.
All of a sudden, a bunch of vampires begin dropping down and surrounding the 2 groups and the teacher.
We're here to arrest all of you in the name of the 6 familie we consider all of you enemies of the vampire society.
Silver. How disappointing. So they want to do this Civil War now; how arrogant have the 6 families become?
The 13 families have proven themselves as enemies of the vampire society, aligning with these humans and degrading themselves into fools. The punishers are not the rulers of vampire society, and the humans cannot be trusted, especially these humans.
As the vampire who seems to be the leader of this group points towards Tsukuru.
Fax. Since when has the sixth family become so arrogant? They're willing to cause a Civil War so openly with everyone and tear apart vampire society because humans are now becoming involved with our society. The punishers are here; they're maintaining the laws and order. And now, all of a sudden, you guys are happy you chose to be with everything. How egotistical has society become
We, the 6 family, will not be degraded by such nonsense. Like you and this human, we are far superior to anything, and we are no longer interested in playing nice. You will all perish tonight.
Everyone there prepared to fight within minutes. Several of the members of the6th6 family in the fourth family were beaten and captured.
Silver. Well, I guess I'm going to have to deal with all this nonsense. I thought these guys would have realized that they were gonna be not much of a threat. Bernie made it very clear they weren't worried about them, and they still wanna do this nonsense;e has their pride really been wounded this badly?
Silver, shaking her head.
So what exactly happened in that meeting of yours that the leadership has started falling apart this badly?
Silver. There has been a bit of a conflict brewing ever since the beginning of the school year, and now it is growing to such an extent that the conflict, even during the meetings,s is now spilling out. I guess the sixth family is finally tired of waiting aroundand ise now preparing to start another Civil War.
Fax: Didn't the sixth family create the first time we had a Civil War, and now they wanna do this again. They want to destroy society this badly and cause the punishers to leave once again, don't they?
Silver. This would be the Third Civil War; the sixth family was involved in the second one. The first one was caused by an outside vampire family who was trying to destroy everything. That family leader, named Laxmith, and his Azure family didn't follow vampire society.
Back with Quinn's group.
Alright. Well, these nucleates were all defeated; it didn't take long for us to defeat them. So are we in a third Civil War?
Vincent. Well, this is actually the third Civil War. The second one was caused by the 6 family and managed to make The Punisher leave. But the first Civil War was caused by an outside family. The family leader's name was Laxmath, and his family name was the Azure family. Their entire family went to war to conquer all vampire society and conquer and destroy the entire human race. Luckily, all the current vampire families managed to unite and defeat him and seal him away, also destroying his entire family bloodline. So there's no trace of them anymore.
Quinn. So you're saying that, ever since I got the shadow ability, the families have been getting more upset and disturbed by the growing comfort of human and vampire cooperation. So with the punishers being so comfortable around humans and their presence, being around after so long, the conflicts are brewing back up again from the old war, and the sides are being picked now, with the initial conflict already showing signs of starting.

Vincent. Pretty much, this Civil War has been brewing for some time. It only started showing up after the initial ceasefire with the Demon's scraps. So, it's been slowly brewing since then; it only really started kicking off. When the Punishers decided that you needed to learn the shadow ability and the 10th family went along with it, that finally crossed the line for them to start openly being hostile about the activities of the vampire society.
Layla. So all this drama and conflict that we already started to deal with is an issue that's now just finally boiling over. These families and their issues are ridiculous. It's worse than the humans in the old wars.
Sil: Not really. Compared to how this is, the old wars were more savage and brutal and less of a rogue-and-dagger operation. The vampires are posturing and politicking, far more than anything I've ever seen in the history books, and I have a lot of them at home, and I've seen the insanity.
Aaron. I'm not really sure what's going on here, but I'm a little lost. I didn't even know we were in a war. Peter, did you fall along with any of this?
Peter. I am just as lost as you. I didn't know a Civil War was going on. And it's hard enough for me to fall along for the current war. So this is just a new world of up a headache.
Layla shook her head after hearing these 2 talk.
Vincent placed his hand over his face.
Both Quinn and Layla Stood there, shocked.
