In a meeting room, Phobio and his subordinates were welcomed by Shuna.

"This is a nice town, perfect for Carrion-sama to rule!"

Shuna smiled as she heard that.
'Apolloyon-sama has trusted me to be a diplomat. I shouldn't get angry here!'

Just as Shuna was trying to brush it off as a joke, Phobio tried to attack her.
But his hands stopped.
"What!? Why can't I move!?"
Souei emerged from behind, capturing Phobio with his Sticky Steel Threads.
Shuna smiled.
"Then, Eurazania has declared war on us huh?"
"What do you think you are doing!? Are you trying to go on war with Great Carrion-sama!?"
As Phobio was raging, Apolloyon rolled into the room with a smile.
"Phobio-kun, since you are the messenger from Eurazania, I will let you go.
Deliver my message to Carrion. From now on, Eurazania will give 20% of all its agricultural produce to Navark every season. And I will let go of this disrespect and you trying to murder my people.
Otherwise, prepare for entire Eurazania to be destroyed."
"Ha!? You think you can hide behind Demon Lord Milim!? Carrion-sama is far stronger than her!"
"..."
'Carrion really sent such a stupid guy to be a diplomat? Then he is a really bad king, and will pay for his incompetence.'
"No, I will come alone. I don't need Milim's help for such small fries. Now, shoo!"
Apolloyon grabbed him by his neck, and threw him out of the city. On the other hand, Phobio's companions were rather polite and apologizing profusely.
"Please forgive Phobio-sama's disrespect!"
"It's not just disrespect. He tried to murder my citizen."
"...It has nothing to do with Eurazania! We are just deserters trying to cause war between Navark and Eurazania! Carrion-sama didn't send us here!"
'Woah! They actually have a bit of common sense. But, you should have said just 'Carrion' instead of 'Carrion-sama, you know?'

Through [Plant Whisperer], Apolloyon heard Nexis's report on Charybdis.
'So it's time huh?I can easily beat Charybdis by using Beelzebub. But it will serve as a good practice target for my underlings.'
Thinking about that, he grabbed Phobio's underlings, and threw them out of the city as well.
"Apolloyon-sama, should I keep an eye on them?"
"Nah. I am sure that they will return sooner or later. And with you near them, the enemy might not approach them."
"Understood."
Saying that, Souei, who is actually a body double since he is busy in other tasks, disappeared into the shadows.
