'Is that water..?'
I stepped down and bent over to grab the bottle.
'Is it safe?'
The boy then opened the cap and took a sip. It was refreshing, so he continued to drink it.
After drinking, he went to the edge and threw the bottle. It kept going and going, until it was out of sight.
'Hmm, so it's very deep. Will I die if I jump off?'
The boy was confused if he should jump off or not. But he immediately thought it was too risky. After thinking about it, another idea came to mind.
'What if I go down the stairs instead?'
