The gathering wrapped up shortly after, but before dismissing everyone, Kakashi made it clear to the crowd that he was not taking requests to revive loved ones and asked them to think about those he had revived and why. While this dampened some moods, they ultimately understood that flooding the Hokage with requests to revive their loved ones would be inappropriate and likely very time-consuming for a leader of a great nation that was currently expanding the village.
A few weeks later, on Kakashi's orders, after the crowd was dismissed, the spies in the village were not harmed but were actually allowed to leave, allowing them to spread the message, and they did. Within the week, the whole world likely knew about the resurrection of the Uchiha clan, along with the Yellow Flash and his wife.
- A few days later, Iwagakure -
"YOU SAID WHAT?!"
Onoki slapped his hand down on his desk and stood, ignoring his aching back for once, as the spy he had planted in Konoha bowed once more and repeated himself.
"It's true, Lord Tsuchikage. Minato Namikaze, the Yellow Flash, and his wife, Kushina Uzumaki, along with Wicked Eyed Fugaku, his wife, Mikoto Uchiha, and Uchiha children of varying ages, have all come back to life. According to Minato Namikaze, Kakashi Hatake, the newly appointed Sixth Hokage, revived them."
"Is this some kind of joke?! Did Kurotsuchi put you up to this? Because if she did, that brat will be on house arrest and have her chakra sealed for a month!"
"It is no joke, Lord Tsuchikage," the spy said, sweat dripping from his chin as he kept his head bowed low against the floor. "The entire village witnessed it. Minato Namikaze stood right there on the roof of the Hokage Tower and addressed the crowd himself. He even explicitly credited Hatake Kakashi for bringing them back."
Onoki sank back into his chair, his jaw slack as the sheer weight of the report finally crushed his skepticism: the Yellow Flash. The man who had single-handedly slaughtered thousands of Stone ninja during the Third War and forced Iwagakure into a humiliating peace treaty was breathing again.
"Kakashi... that silver-haired brat," Onoki muttered, his fists clenching so hard his knuckles turned white. "How is this even possible? Reanimation Jutsu leaves the dead as rotting puppets under a summoner's control. You're telling me they are fully alive?"
"They are completely restored, sir. No paper skin, no black sclera. They look exactly as they did before they died," the spy confirmed. "And the Uchiha are already moving their families directly into the center of Konoha."
As a spy for the Tsuchikage, he was let in on more secrets than most, one of them being some of the details surrounding the technique that Tobirama Senju used in the First Shinobi War and how the cunning and vicious man sent loved ones back to living ninja to have them blow up. The collective Five Nations sighed in relief when the man died; no one wanted the last embrace of a loved one to be one involving explosive tags.
"Damnit all to hell."
Onoki smashed his fist through his desk, the skin encased in a thick layer of rock, his voice heavy with regret and helplessness.
Onoki had lived through the time of Madara and Hashirama. He had known of their power, but what also gave the man a headache was all the other talented ninja that Konoha produced. The Sanin, the White Fang, Yellow Flash, Kakashi Hatake, Shisui of the Body Flicker, Itachi Uchiha, Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto Namikaze, and the many clans that made up Konoha, and the Hokage can now apparently pick and choose anyone he wants to revive.
"I wonder what that hothead is thinking; maybe I'll get lucky, and he'll finally run into a wall he can't break through."
- Kumogakure -
"Are you kidding me? The Yellow Flash is back?"
A Said with a shout that shook his office window, his secretary, Mabui, covering her ears as the spy who delivered the news stayed kneeling.
"Yes, Lord Raikage. The Yellow Flash of the Leaf is back alongside his wife and members of the Uchiha clan; the Sixth Hokage brought them back from the dead, according to Minato Namikaze's own words."
A tossed the dumbbell he was curling behind him and paid no mind as it smashed through the window and fell through the clouds below.
'There goes another window.'
Mabui sighed in exasperation, already making a note for herself to have it repaired.
He thought it over, but ultimately sighed; he had no plans to act against the Leaf. They were too strong, and the ultimate power of their village- Bee- was still injured by that technique from Naruto Namikaze, and Yugito was missing, having been unable to make it back in time after the warning.
"Thank you for the information. You may leave."
The Kumo ninja stood and bowed before leaving hastily, not wanting to be around as he figured the Raikage was about to explode.
"Lord Raikage, please don't destroy your office."
Mabui pleaded with exasperation rather than fear.
"I'm not going to destroy anything."
A looked serious; his notorious stoic, often intimidating look vanished, replaced by deep contemplation. Namikaze's warning was one he took to heart after Yugito vanished. A had spared no expense to get information on this Akatsuki, and what he found troubled him greatly. A group of mercenaries comprised of S-Rank missing-nin with goals that were not outright stated, but from the words of that brat….
"Mabui, I wish to hold a Five Kage Summit to discuss this Akatsuki group. They need to be dealt with as soon as possible, and if that means allying ourselves with bitter rivals, then so be it. It would seem that the Five Great Nations have been so worried about each other that we've failed to notice the leeches until now."
Mabui was a bit stunned by his unnatural calmness before she coughed into her hand and thought it out a bit.
"Then perhaps the Land of Iron, then? It's neutral land, and the Leader of the Samurai, Mifune, is an honorable man."
"Excellent. Write a mission scroll and have a team deliver it to the Land of Iron first; we have to know they'll accept it, after all."
A said before standing and leaving to check on Bee, Mabui getting to work writing out the scroll and thinking of the team she'll send to the Land of Iron.
- Konoha -
*Knock Knock
"Come in."
Kakashi called out as he turned his chair to face the door, Naruto walking in with a bounty book in his hand, already flipped open.
"What can I do for you, Naruto?"
Naruto walked up to the desk and set the book on it, turning it around so Kakashi could read his own entry.

"I'd say it fits."
Naruto shrugs, thinking the nickname has a nice ring to it, and Kakashi did bring people back to life with ease, so it wasn't exactly a lie; he was, in some ways, a king of souls if you look at it from the perspective of most people.
