(A/N: Made a mistake in the last chapter. Mia was one of Gojo's teachers, not a fellow classmate)
You give me hope and consolation. You give me strength to carry on
A man walked down a street.
On his head sat a black bowler cap to hide his slightly balding head. His right eye sported a monocle due to his partial blindness in that eye.
In his hand was a walking cane that he used because of his back issues.
He was twenty-five years old.
Truly, this man was delt an unfair hand in life. And as he aged his blindness would get worse, and so would his back problems.
However, there was not a sorcerer in Japan that did not know him. They knew him curse user who could not be defeated.
As he walked down the street, he was spotted by a curse hiding in an ally across the street. It wasn't a particularly strong curse, but it was a hungry curse. A hungry curse who had spotted its next meal
A human with enough cursed energy to be a hearty meal, but not too much to be a challenge in a fight.
With a smile the curse dove at the man and proceeded to trip over some of the trash cans in the ally.
But the curse was not so easily stopped, mostly because the curse wasn't intelligent enough to know what stopping is, so the curse leapt at man once more.
However as soon as the curse got onto the road, a car hit and ran over the curse. But even still the curse was not stopped.
It reached out it's hand to attack the man, only for a normal human trying to cross the road to step on the curse. The curse died instantly.
"Aw, did I step on something?" the person who stepped on the curse asked checking his foot.
A curse should only be able to be killed by something with cursed energy. A normal human shouldn't be able to kill a curse.
Yet it happened. All because the curse tried to hurt a man in a bowler hat, who never knew of the curse's existence.
For the man had an automatic ability that even he was confused about.
Anyone who dared to pursue him would be placed in the flow of calamity. A cursed technique he labeled, Wonder of U.
Originally, the jujitsu higher ups wanted to call his ability Flow of Calamity. However, the man didn't like that name, so he strongly encouraged the higher ups the change it to something he likes.
He liked the song The Wonder of You, so he changed it to that. After all, why not? Who could stop him?
Eventually, the man got to his destination. A small coffee shop he liked. It was a place where he could sit down, rest his back, and have the world pass him by.
There were a few small tables outside, with plant pots hanging down from the slanted roof of the shop.
Sitting down, the man ordered us usually coffee order. A medium roast with a bit of cream and sugar. After ordering he simply leaned his cane on the table and waited for his order.
"Sainan Unmei!" a woman yelled out behind him.
Turning to the woman out of curiosity, Sainan saw a woman pointing at him.
"Under jujitsu regulations, I will be taking you in for questioning," she said pointing two fingers at Sainan, "Now if you accompany me, no one will need to be hurt," she explained.
Sainan turned back to his table. Whatever this woman was none of his concern. Though he was surprised that a sorcerer knew who he was and still tried to attack.
"Then you leave me no choice," the woman replied.
The nail of the woman's finger began to spin, but before anything could happen one of the potted plants fell and hit the woman on the head.
Sainan was rather saddened by this; he really liked this coffee shop. He would have to give an extra large tip to help compensate.
"That was, embarrassing," the woman admitted, "But I won't be stopped!" she said getting up.
Once more the woman pointed two fingers at Sainan. Only for a waiter to anciently knock into her.
"Are you ok ma'am?" the waiter asked worried for the person they just knocked into.
The woman had a broken leg and was on the floor.
Reaching into his pocket, Sainan pulled out his phone and called the woman an ambulance.

The next day Sainan went to the same coffee shop, it was his favorite after all and there he loved nothing more than the peace this place gave.
"Sainan Unmei!" a woman yelled out behind him.
Though perhaps, he would have to switch to a different coffee shop.
Once more Sainan turned around, but instead of looking at the woman he looked up to where the pot fell yesterday.
It had been replaced by a new plant. Though it was a shame that it might fall again.
"Under jujitsu regulations, I will be taking you in for questioning," she said pointing two fingers at Sainan, "Now if you accompany me, no one will need to be hurt," she explained.
Once again Sainan did nothing.
"Then you leave me no choice," she said.
For a moment, the woman didn't move.
Out of the corner of his eye, Sainan could see a curse running towards him.
As soon as the woman saw the curse begin to be affected by the flow of calamity, her fingernail began to spin. Aiming at Sainan's legs, she took aim and fired.
Thought right before she fired her spinning fingernail, a droplet from the pot above fell onto her eye, causing her to miss.
The fingernail flew past Sainan and hit the curse dead in the head. The curse fell over and turned to dust.
"Damn it," the woman cursed, "That's an incredible cursed technique," she complemented.
With a frown, the woman left. Much to the relief of Sainan.
He did find it odd that the woman was out and about only a day after having her leg broken.
But, he responded that it must be some weird jujitsu sorcerer thing.

The next day, Sainan sat down in the same place he always did and ordered the same thing he always did.
As he waited for his coffee, he turned preemptively turned around. However, there was no one behind him.
With a sigh, Sainan tuned back to face his table. Just to see the woman standing there in front of his table.
"May I?" she asked pointing to the seat next to him.
Sainan simply nodded his head.
"Thank you, Mia Dal," she introduced, "I'm a sorcerer from Italy, I came to Japan because I have some family down here," she explained.
Sainan did not ask for any information on Mia, though he wasn't mad about getting to talk to another person that knew of his abilities.
And so, they talked.

"What did you talk about?" Matteo asked.
"How am I supposed to remember? That was years ago," Mia said, "Now I believe you and Itadori have something to talk about," she said looking at Gojo.
"You're right about that, come on kid," Gojo said as he left
"See you Matteo, have a good day Ms. Unmei," Itadori said with a bow before leaving Matteo's hospital room.
Alone in the hospital room, Matteo looked at his mom and his mom looked back at her son.
"Please be safe," she begged.
"I don't think it's possible," Matteo answered, "I mean I'm stuck in the hospital for a while," he said.
"No, one of the good parts of being in jujutsu society is knowing someone who can heal others," Mia explained.
'I knew there are people who could heal me, but I didn't know that it was available' Matteo thought.
"Even then, that's not going to be possible," Matteo admitted.
"I know, but I still need you to try," Mia asked.
"Yes ma'am," Matteo said.

Matteo Check Up
Perfection is impossible. I know no matter how hard I try fate itself will stop me from saving everyone. Yet I must.
I will beat fate. I will find perfection.
