"The CEO drank it all."
Cole Sinclair: "Show Miss Valentine downstairs."
Whitney Valentine: ...
Whitney Valentine never expected her kind gesture to be wasted by Cole Sinclair like this. Not only did he not take a single sip, but he also kicked her out. She was fuming inside but still had to maintain a smile as she left Cole Sinclair's office.
The moment she left, Cole Sinclair called Riley Perry, whining and complaining, "Riley, your cousin is so annoying. She's trying to steal your man, using my mom's name to bring me lunch, and all she brought was a container of chicken soup."
Riley Perry: "Oh? Should I give her a call and ask her to bring you some more food?"
"Forget it. Henry Hayes is already stuffed from drinking all the soup. If she brings more food, he won't be able to eat it. What a waste!"
