Chapter 1 - Intro

I've always had mixed feelings about Kakashi. He was a good team leader, but a lazy sensei. He had three students with great potential. Sakura, the least talented, became a medical ninja with exceptional chakra control and strength. Sasuke, the one he put the most effort into, had a talent for kenjutsu and ninjutsu that rivaled Kakashi's—maybe even surpassed him. And Naruto—he was a walking sponge, learning everything he was taught faster than others.

I always wondered what they would be like if Kakashi taught them to the best of his ability. I mean, there's no way all he could teach was tree climbing and Chidori. He was known for knowing a thousand jutsu, and we also know he understands the basics of the Eight Gates, meaning he has solid knowledge of taijutsu. And as the son of the White Fang, kenjutsu is probably what he understands best out of every ninja art.

I know everything I just said is true because I am Kakashi. I have been for the past hour.

I knew who and where I was instantly. It didn't happen like those fanfics I've read—I didn't collapse to the floor with an excruciating headache. I just knew. It's impossible to explain, but the memories from both lives coexist perfectly in my mind.

I've been sitting here for the past hour, staring at the files of Team Seven's members. Yes, I'm late to pick up my students like the original, but I have a good excuse—trust me.

"A black cat—" I burst out laughing.

I've really just been letting my transmigration sink in and planning what I'll do once I pick up Team Seven. My plan is simple: I will teach them everything I know. Of course, only what they have the talent to learn. It will be precise, efficient, and rewarding.

I want to teach them to be shinobi. They were never shinobi before—they were nukes. Powerhouses. Not versatile, just one-dimensional. Sakura punch. Naruto Rasengan. Sasuke Chidori. I want to give them options. Make them less predictable.

Maybe in the later battles my teaching will become useless. Maybe it won't. But I want to see what changes my guidance can bring to the team the world will eventually revolve around.

I get up from the bed I've been sitting on for the past hour and change into my shinobi outfit—mask and all. I also throw away that orange book the original Kakashi loved so much. God, it was awful. It was like reading some guy's fantasies; that shit makes me sick. Throwing it away felt like cleansing myself of a lifetime of being forever single.

Anyway, I open my front door and step out into the world for the first time.

"Time to go pick up Pikachu, pink tree, and duck ass. Today's going to be fun." I think as I start making my way to the academy.

[A/N: Chat GPT to proofread everything else is 99% me. I read a lot, watched a lot about Naruto, but I am horrible at putting sentences together.]
