In Istahar Online, every player have a background and two jobs, background is randomly generated by the game, and player have to adjust according to the background they recieve, there was also bacground named "dark seed host", this background creates a gameplay, where the player character have to assimilate the cursed seed which is actually a mana core of different attribute, while debuff like rampage existed, it can bypassed if an experienced player manage the corruption and increase the assimilation of infernal power, the background also gain access to powers, which is same power used by NPCs, the demons of hell as well as the player characters who sold their soul to demon or have demon descendant background, this is also most preferrable than demon descendant background which starts with negative reputation with NPCs or act of selling soul in game, which permanently lock the player character to negative reputation and alignment to evil, as you can play as good guy with dark seed host, and you would face the difficult starting like demon descendant background.
The game also had, dual job mechanic, where player can choose two jobs, resulting in hybrid path, that allow one to suit their playstyle, one can choose arcanist and occultist roles for warlock gameplay, inquisitor and demolist roles for purifier gameplay, knight and priest for holy knight gameplay or even magician and sword saint for magic swordsman gameplay, Ryan in his past life as a schoolboy, was the rank 1 player who dominated the game with combat blacksmith gameplay with dark seed host background, combining forbidden powers with comat blacksmith gameplay, combat blacksmith is fusion of blacksmith and all-rounder combatant roles, all-rounder combatant role is a job that handles multiple weapons and magic spells as well as combining magic with combat styles, the all-rounder are not as good as the other roles in terms of skills, it's strength lies in versatility, as the player with this role can use any weapon, skills and magic instead of prioritising in fixed gears and skills related to it, on other hand blacksmith is overlooked role, which many players ignored during early versions as the players prefer to buy gears from shops and loot from defeated enemies, they can also give the work to NPC blacksmith for forging new gear, that was until a player none other than Ryan himself discovered that blacksmith role allow player to craft gears that are unavailable in shop or as loots, in fact these gears cannot be crafted by NPC blacksmith allowing Ryan to gain access to many powerful gears and reason why he dominated the ranking, also he completed 100% assimilation of dark seed, resulting him to not to worry about corruption, as the debuff will never take place. In fact after his transmigrsation Ryan wants to regain his number 1 spot in this world.
Since, the world he transmigrated into is reality and not game, he noted that he can play the role of every jobs in game, and is not limited to two, and with his dark seed host background, which is familiar to him, he can rise again in no time, he started with blacksmithing to inprove his skills, so that, he can craft better gears for himself, thanks to his knowledge from the game, he was able to craft the powerful gears and sell it to the markets through his servants, earning him enough money to buy need tools and resources, he also secretly practiced magic and aura control, to cast spells and amplify his combat skills, learning magic and using aura to augment he skills in armed and unarmed combat skills is something impossible for the host of dark seed, according to what people in this age believe, they don't know that it is possible to draw power from dark seed just like in case of mana core, as dark seed is also a mana core, albeit with different attribute, thomas was able to use magic and aura at will using dark seed as source of his power, the more he use the power of dark seed, the more he can assimilate it, the more he grew stronger, and with fully assimilated dark seed, he will never lose control of himself, although Ryan only partly assimilated it, but it is fine as his dark seed is not mature.
One day Ryan decided to join the adventurer guild, to earn money train his skills and increase his assimilation of his dark seed, he went to Amelia, his personal maid.
Amelia and the servants nearby were shocked.

After this Ryan gathered all servants and told them about dark seed.
