His yell attracted attention of few passerby walking on the street who paused and looked in the dark alley, but quickened their pace after finding a naked man.
"Why they are like that they have seen something unpresentable?" Man muttered as he looked around but when he looked down he saw his little brother hanging like there is no need to be ashamed of.
"Shit!! This system didn't even gave me clothes. Atleast tell me what my power is before abandoning me." Man muttered with anger his teeth clenched.
"Than let's try concentrating myself to feel the power inside me." Man muttered and started doing all type of actions, poses, mantra, yelling.
"Let's try to concentrate my breath and than guide it to my limbs and strengthen the body." Man muttered while taking deep breath.
But nothing happened.
His head drooped down with resignation but his eyes caught body of dead cat on which many ants were crawling.
"Maybe I can do it, Rise my fierce warrior from the dead and defy the world!!" Man said loudly pointing his hands at the body of dead cat, but nothing happened no expected energy appearing.
"Maybe touching it can do something." Man picked up the body of cat, he was lucky that body is fresh so he doesn't have much aversion to it.
He tried the words and action again but nothing happened.
Man felt like he has nothing to live in this another world.
"Still atleast give me the clothes so I can prevent my naked form from exposed to the public, please." Man muttered thinking of simplest set of clothes a t-shirt and pant.
Suddenly his hands felt a the touch changing, he opened his eyes and saw instead of body of dead cat, there was now a set of clothes which he envisioned in his mind.
"Is my powers matter rearranging by envisioning it's final form?" Man muttered to himself hope reigniting in his mind.
He looked at the clothes like they were some treasures.
"Officer! there in this alley a naked man is playing and scaring pedestrians."
Suddenly a loud voice came and Man saw a police officer led by another man in front of the alley.
Man panicked and immediately wore the clothes in his hand.
"Come with me man, there are already many freaks out there in this world, normal freaks and super freaks." Officer said approaching the man, his hand on his pistol which on side of his waist.
"Officer, I will not do it again can you let me go this time, please." Man pleading to officer, he didn't want police to know that he has no papers or identity certificates in this world.
Officer didn't said anything and approached him slowly.
Man picked up a small pebble and turned it gold pebble.
"Officer, can you let me go." Man said to officer in low voice and showed him the gold pebble in his palm to officer.
Police officer halted and looked at gold shining in hand of man.
Officer reached out his hand and picked up the gold pebble.
"Pure 24K Carat gold, officer." Man said.
Officer bit the pebble and feeling the texture he waved his hand to man, seeing the signal man quickly stepped forward from the side of Officer leaving the alley disappearing into coming and going crowd of pedestrian.
"What a good power, by this I can become a billionaire quickly." Man muttered on the way.
He looked around and found a news stall and picked up a newspaper and read it.
'So I am in New York, so anything special about this world?' Man muttered not hoping that newspaper caqn give the info, but as soon as he unfolded the newspaper, his eyes were glued to the picture of man on newspaper.
The headline was like:
'Homelander has destroyed the Nuclear Missile which was approaching Whitehouse with his own body!!!'
'What, what is this commercial ad? No but this thing is real, means I'm in The Boys world, but in comics and web-series there was no plot like this of Homelander taking Nuclear attack head on, am I in some different version of The Boys world or? this is just a fluke a hype made by Vought to make Homelander famous and a god on earth?' Man muttered to himself his hands trembling a bit.
"Hey man, you wanna buy the paper or not?" Stallkeeper said to Man.
"Is this real? He took Nuclear attack head on?" Man asked Stallkeeper pointing at picture of Homelander.
"Absolutely real man, he did take the attack head on and saved the Whitehouse, I will tell you a insider news, the Nuclear missile came from silo in the country, there is rumour that some super villain hijacked the silo." Stallkeeper said in hushed voice.
Man nodded and left after putting the newspaper back on the stall, lost in thoughts.
"What a weird man, acting all like Homelander fucked his wife." Stallkeeper muttered to himself.
