Morning light spilled from the east, stretching across the streets of Shinrabansho and creeping up the walls of a two-story hostel.
On the left side of the building one window stood half opened.
Inside the room of that very window, comic books, manga Volumes were scattered everywhere pages filled with heros, gods and phrases that spoke of a multi-dimensional clash of some sort.
At the center of it lay a bed.
A boy who looked about sixteen rested there.
The alarm shattered the silence with a sharp, creaking sound, before going.
BEEP-BEEP-BEEP!! BEEP-BEEP-BEEP!!
The boy groaned and pushed himself upright. He was half-naked, wearing only a white boys underwear. There was nothing athletic about his build, no defined muscles, no abs-just an ordinary frame. His dark, curly hair was short yet scattered, falling into his line of sight. It looked carefully nurtured, yet rough enough to cross the line into something almost feminine.
He yawned, deeply rubbing his eyes.
His sparkly brown eyes opened, elegant despite the bags underneath them.
With a lazy smack, he silenced the alarm.
He dragged himself into the bathroom.
Water ran. Steam rose. Minutes passed.
When he stepped out, a towel hung closely around his neck.
"My name is Kimari"
"Most people called me Mari because they want to tease me actually.
But the name itself wasn't my choice of some sort. Rather it was people who raised me at the orphanage I grew up in.
They called me that claiming that it was fictional name in reference to mean Kami, which till this very day I still understand why"
"I never knew my parents, where I come from what lineage, nothing.. nothing at all, when I was 15, or at least that's the age I believe I'm in, they let me go claiming I matured fast enough to handle myself on the outside world. So need look less and went off, searching for some school they directed me to, which I find my self attending today as a second year student.
Suddenly a phone rang.
"Huh??"
He glanced at his screen.
Iwari was the name that appeared on the screen.
Kimari picked up the phone and answered.
"Yoo..?" His voice was deep, heavy, slow.
The unmistakable sound of a man who had just woken up.
"Yo, kimari! You dressed yet?" Iwari's energetic voice blasted through the speaker.
"Yeah.. almost..." kimari muttered pulling on his clothes. "I mean just about to".
He slipped into a navy-blue trousers, a white long-sleeved shirt, and tied on the crest bearing tie of the Starling Domain academy, an eagles head facing it's left side, a large pointy star on its eye, three smaller pointy stars crowning it.
"Good. I'll be at the usual spot, And while you're on it, would you be so kind to bring your Hollow math textbook please"
Kimari paused for a moment. "Hollow math textbook? Why?.."
"Well you see my sister borrowed mine today, so I need it to finish Mr lingere's physics assessment, heh.. heh" Iwari chuckled a little bit.
"...let me guess," kimari sighs. "She lost hers again".
"I never said that!!"
"You don't have to, anyways I'll bring"
"Thanks man, I'll be waiting for yah, see yah"

"Iwari is my closest friend, well he's the only closest friend I have, but... he tends to be very loud when it comes to talking about his family, and I find that annoying.. very annoying..."
Kimari packed up his bag and stepped outside calling for the near by taxi.
"Taxi!"
"Gurrens gate way please"
The car dropped him off at his disired location. Gurrens gate way.
A familiar figure stood afar off waiting, but suddenly approaches.
A bright-looking young male student of the same school, 17year old looking boy, waved enthusiastically. Curled blonde hair. An earring piercing on his right ear. A smile that looked like it had never met hardship it his life.
"Yoo!!"
"Yoo", kimari replied.
"You bring it?"
Kimari handed over the Hollow math textbook to him.
"Perfect, let's get going then".
"Yeah", kimari responded.
As they walked towards the school gate, Iwari suddenly frowned.
"Hey... How did you know my sister lost text book?".
"Because it's unlike you to consistently lose things" kimari responded calmly. "And lately you've been borrowing books in favor of your sis".
" Wow it was That noticable huh??" Iwari said while smiling with his eyes closed
"Stop acting like a fool, you should know I would be aware, since it me you're always doing the borrowing from". Kimari said.
Suddenly as if a switch flipped.
"Speaking of family! My dad just finished building that mansion I told you about yesterday, the one near the Eva sea!!"
"There he goes again", kimari thought to himself.
The gates Starling Domain academy towered before them.
A golden lion statue stood proudly at the center, splitting the path into two.
Girls to the left and boys to the right.
The students greeted each other before separating.
"Hey~mari!"
"Morning, Mari!"
"The usual morning tease, why me??" Kimari thought to himself.
In the class, he sat at the middle the third row of the sits, fingers tapping 1-2.. 1-2.. slowly yet restless as the sociology teacher groaned on.
"What a boring way to live"
"Kimari?"
The teacher stopped.
"Cares to share your thoughts?"
"Wha-? Huh... No sir"
Snicker rippled through the room.
Lunch arrived.
The cafeteria was flooded with students and buzzed with voices of both the boys and girls for it was at lunch time both students meet.
Kimari sat alone, quietly eating.
His eyes was drifted to Iwari, alredy surrounded by girls laughing effortlessly.
"....i envy him", he muttered to himself.
"Hi", suddenly a voice, representing that of a girl approaches hi with a gentle swift.
"Hmm?"
A girl stood there.
Navy-blue skirt. White shirt. A navy-blue suit. Perfectly worn tie.
Long silky hair, held back with a blue hair pin.
Purple eyes that shimmers softly and captivating.
She smiled and sat across from him.
"My name is Makima Ohsuragi. I'm a transfer student, I hope we can be friends"
"Ohsuragi...?" Kimari tilted his head a little.
"What does someone with such a big heavy name like that want with someone like me who doesn't even have a surname?"
She laughed, slightly nervous.
"I heard about a certain student who scored upper-credits on all first year 20 institutional subject. Guessing that may be the legendary no-surname genius kimari, and as leading role in the Ohsuragi group, I have to be of high standards at this high class school, to be the best I'll have to learn from the best of the best won't I?".
"How networking ", kimari said flatly.
"I'm curious, what's the story being your name, I mean it's not a real name, but you've being using it all this while", Makima said in curiosity.
Kimari paused for a moment before,
"sighs... When I was still an infant I was found in the woods on a rainy day, clothed in white clothing, they said not a single drop of water touched me or the ground which I lay rest, I thought it was nature way of ignoring me"
Makima, his widened in shock, and a hint of sadness expressed through her eyes.
"Ow I- see.."
Kimari, trying to break down the ackward silence, stood up with his plate and said,"well if you feel pity for me, I'd advise you don't".
Makima in shock of those words said,"huh- wha- no it's not lik-".
Kimari glares in thought but remains expressionless, as he says. 'Sorry I don't think I can actually help you with anything'.
Stood with his half eaten lunch as he heads towards the were they usually drop their plates.
'I already have one reckoning rich kid already, it'll be annoying to have another'
'wait, I just want be friends!, she said..
'I'll think about it, that's all I can say for now', he said while gazing back at her.
Suddenly as he was about to drop his plates, as he takes in the last meat.
He felt a sudden choke on his chest as if the food he ate got stuck there, no it was the food, he fell down on the ground has he began to choke.
"What's happening?! The students noticed kimari's unusual behavior and rushed to try and help, his friend, Iwari and Makima rushed in too trying to bring he to ease..

Suddenly the light around him begins to fade away into the deep as he takes his final, until...
A sudden transmission fell into place,
'Huh?? What?? Where am I, for some reason I feel'...
"Everythings dark, unappealing to my eyes, it was as if he was both dead and alive, finding him self stuck at a spot, unable to move yet still feels nature...
Wait nature...?? waking up to finally see the light come, but it was different, I saw a view, a very prestigious one, trees and grass but why... I looked closely and I discovered....
