At first, the board members sat there exchanging looks, whispering among themselves… until five of Linda's bodyguards pulled out guns at them.
"Boss, tell us… which one should we start from?"
Linda glanced at the one closest to her. "The shortest one."
The board members flew up the moment the trigger was pulled. They all ran away, leaving nobody behind.
Adam, who could already tell it was Linda, came forward to confront her but was stopped by a bodyguard.
Linda glanced at him and sneered. "Who are you to stop me, first son of Dr Vincent?"
Adam looked surprised. He glanced at Ezekiel, who was sitting calmly, even typing on his laptop.
Linda removed her coat and threw it at Adam. "Hold it for me."
Then she suddenly climbed onto the huge table and started walking toward Ezekiel.
"Some people need to learn their lesson," she started.
"No one is allowed to destroy you except me," she whispered.
