Huang Yi, on the other hand, suddenly widened his eyes as if he couldn't believe what he was seeing; this is because, from all he knew, this useless little brother of his was still a cripple.

His face was singed with sunfyre; in fact, that was not the only thing that he felt because, for the first time, Huang Shi had applied his [Sunseed Brand] on his attacks, causing Huang Yi's spiritual energy to be constantly burned off his body, reducing his body's natural ability to heal from injuries.
"AHHHH!! YOU BASTARD!! YOU DARE LAY A HAND ON ME! I WILL HAVE YOUR HEAD FOR THIS!"

After regaining his senses from the sudden attack, Huang Yi's eyes suddenly turned red as a powerful spiritual energy pressure erupted from his body.
Azure colored lightning surrounded him; in fact, the pressure coming from him was so powerful that Huang Shi suddenly had to squint his eyes as he felt a hint of danger from this elder brother of his.

The reason why Huang Shi didn't ask about his own elder brothers when he asked Fang Lei about who to look out for in the martial arts competition is because he had already thoroughly studied the strengths and weaknesses of all his elder brothers and even his father; this meant that he already knew that his sect was actually a sect of body cultivators!

Thankfully, before Huang Shi and Huang Yi could actually start their fierce fight, a furious voice suddenly erupted from the large door behind the reception desk where Qiao Fenyi first passed through:

A powerful spiritual pressure suddenly erupted from the person who spoke, making the entire hall tremble as everybody feel as if their insides were churning as their expressions turned pale.
Very quickly, the powerful energy released both by him and Huang Yi were extinguished as both their expressions turned grim, simultaneously looking at the person who had just spoke.
It was Huang Yi who first recognized who had arrived, as he suddenly trembled before quickly bowing his head.
"This junior pays his respects to Great Elder Huang Li, I apologize for my disrespect!"
Huang Shi, seeing that something bad was going to happen, quickly did the same as he bowed his head without wasting even a second.
He quickly removed all traces of his power before speaking the same words:
"This junior Huang Shi pays his respects to Grandpa Huang Li; this evil doer Huang Yi tried to defame my stepmother and so I taught him a lesson in respect, please forgive my discourtesy!"
