Looking down once again at the blue headed ralts, Soutarou just softly brushed its hair.

Instantly a blue light shimmered around Ralts as she instantly tore the tree out of the ground and let it hover there.
Soutarou's jaw clenched and he thought in overdrive, 'WHAT THE HELL? There's no way this Ralts is normal… I know the system said she's modified, but what sort of nightmare creature is this? Well now that she ripped that tree out of the ground I can see a couple of green mountains… it kind of looks like the Viridian Forest from the season 1 anime. If it really is the same as the anime then I'd just need to walk away from the mountains and I'd end up near Viridian City… Wait, why don't I ask ralts? I'm assuming the system did something for ralts to be here before it came…'
"Ralts do you know where we are?"
A voice jarred in Soutarou's head, {Master have you forgotten? We're in the Viridian Forest… You wished to search for a Bulbasaur. There were rumors of a Bulbasaur gathering you wished to convince one to join us. Is something the matter master? You've been spacing out for quite some time.}
A moment of coming up with an excuse Soutarou said, "I decided I don't want a Bulbasaur anymore ralts… if I need grass type or grass type moves you can learn them once you evolve into Kirlia or even a Gardevoir. Let's go back to Viridian City."

Internally Soutarou started cringing all over, but externally he just pivoted 90 degrees and just slowly walked without showing any change as if he had just stretched for a moment.
As he started walking he grabbed ralts cradled her in his arms so she didn't wear herself out stumbling over her stubby little white legs. At the same time Soutarou looked around at the vast forest and greenery. The trees were abundant with life, with caterpie, weedle, and the occasional kakuna or metapod laying about.
'As expected, a world where nature is respected and loved as equal to humanity is so much more vibrant…'
Shaking his head he calmly told ralts to be on the look out for any beedrill or hostile pokémon.
'Now that I think about it, isn't it a bad idea to walk in the open with a shiny ralts especially in the city of HIS gym? Eh once the city comes into view I'll return her to her pokéball. Speaking of where is it? Maybe in the system? How does that work again…? Just try the usual nonsense I guess? Status!'

Without much thought Soutarou clicked yes, only for a bracelet to show up on his wrist with blinding light and similarly a blinding light surrounded Ralts' small neck, forming a necklace with a beautiful marble. At the same time, in two distinct yet far off areas two powerful beings felt a connection to another that shouldn't exist. One in a black gown and hat simply narrowed her eyes while frowning and continued to drink her tea. While the others in the darkness of the world began scouring reflections across the universe trying to figure out if the presence it had just felt was real before relenting and retreating into the darkness to ponder. Then power began to radiate straight off Soutarou all while Ralts felt her connection to her master deepen while also suddenly feeling a mass of psychic energy radiating from him. She could feel that some of it was starting to dissipate, and immediately began absorbing the excess to both try to grow and prevent too much attention being drawn to them and Soutarou's now still figure.
Meanwhile in Soutarou's vision he watched as a cosmos of possibilities opened up as his body heated up and his muscles expanded and condensed over and over again. All the while his organs began evolving, but the biggest change was in his once black eyes. His once shoddy vision became extremely clear as his eye color changed to a hazel-gold. And then all the growing energy just stopped. The fluttering leaves, the blinding light, and the growing connection with Ralts all became muted. The leaves forced upwards by psychic energy dropped down, the light vanished and Ralts' blue head seemed to be steaming.
'Anime effects are real here? I guess Ralts must have absorbed the psychic energy that was flowing around me-'

Alpha Ralts who are captured or follow a trainer with Mega Evolution stones and can thereby Mega Evolve have an additional trait… in moments of extreme distress they can permanently Mega Evolve with their trainer's Key Stone then acting as an enhancer. Note: This is extraordinarily rare and has only been documented once in history.

Holding out the now present pokéball on his belt Soutarou softly said,"Ralts return!"
Ralts, still processing the psychic energy, didn't say anything and quickly returned to her Luxury Ball. Soutarou stumbled about, before regaining his bearings and cursing in his mind. At that exact moment a motorcycle sped towards Soutarou before screeching to a stop, revealing a blue haired woman and a large orange striped dog.
'Officer Jenny huh…'
"Stop right there! There's been an increase in pokémon thieves in this area please present your trainer passport or civilian league issued ID. If you have a pokedex that's sufficient as well."
Soutarou smilingly responded all while remembering Ash's first encounter with an Officer Jenny, "Of course one moment Officer Jenny."
Soutarou reached for his pocket where a red horizontal phone-like device was before presenting it to her. Officer Jenny turned the device on with practiced ease, before taking one quick look at Soutarou. She then nodded and handed the device back before saying, "Apologies, Mr. Morita. I didn't recognize you… I could've sworn your eyes were black before. Perhaps I was wrong and it was just light. Please have a great rest of your day. Do you need me to take you back to your residence here in Viridian?"
Soutarou's eyes lit up and he sheepishly scratched the back of his head and said, "That would be great if you could… I'm sorry I know you're a very busy person, Officer Jenny."
She simply shook her head before returning her Arcanine to its pokeball and motioning for Soutarou to hop on.
Soutarou hesitated for a second before hopping on and grasping the handles on the back.
