On the South side

Just like the armies of the stone and lightning villages, the armies of the sand village and the water village were overwhelmed by the army of the whirlpool country.

"Water release - hidden fog!"

The shinobi of the water village tried to obstruct their enemies' view and attack them when they least expected it.

After all, they are experts in so-called silent assassination by shutting down their enemies' senses using the Hidden Mist Jutsu, where they have experience moving around.

But it didn't work.

"Wind release - Major breakthrough!"

The Uzumaki clan shinobi reacted quickly and cleared the fog, leaving the water village shinobi with nowhere to hide.

"Eight internal doors, fourth door, open!"

Although they couldn't open 6 gates like the commanders of each army, it was enough to confront their current enemies and not give them time to react by moving at high speed to appear at their sides and knock them down with a powerful blow.

The battle lasted only 1 hour, and now many shinobi were moving around the battlefield to check if any enemies were still alive.

After failing to find anything, the four armies began to retreat, and the barrier surrounding the island closed behind them.

When they tallied the casualties, surprisingly none of the army of the whirlpool country had died in battle, except for some wounds that would heal very soon.

"The danger has passed!"

"Our army emerged victorious!"

In the middle of a square in the capital of the whirlpool country, the first old man stood giving the good news to the people.

"Wooooow!"

The people cheered upon hearing those words and felt more at ease.

After all, being in the middle of a war would greatly affect the country, so they would suffer the most.

Just as the first elder, who was the prime minister and directly subordinate to the Daimyo, administered the nation for him, the second elder did the same in the Uzumaki village from the top of the Uzukage building.

The second elder was in charge of leading the shinobi village on behalf of the Uzukage, so his voice carried a lot of weight in the village.

As people were leaving, the second old man turned around and found someone unexpected floating behind him.

"Master Uzukage!" said the second elder as he bowed respectfully in a sign of respect.

The guards present also did the same and knelt to greet the leader of the country, not surprised to see the Uzukage fly.

"You did well, I'm just here to inspect everything," said the Uzukage as he looked at the guards.

The guards understood the message and withdrew from the scene, leaving the Uzukage and the second elder alone.

As the guards left the place, thin chains of runes rapidly emerged from the Uzukage's feet and surrounded the room.

Confident that no one would listen, the second old man began to recount the outcome of the recent battle and the performance of the whirlpool country's army.

Since they had never fought before, it was the first time they had participated in battles of this magnitude, so it was very important to pay close attention to their performance.

After recounting what had happened, the second old man's face turned serious and he said:

"Sir, the tenth elder discovered who revealed the secret paths among the whirlpools that guard our seas."

The second old man's tone of voice showed the importance of this matter.

Around the country, large and small whirlpools appeared in the sea, preventing them from being attacked by numerous enemies.

These whirlpools were so powerful that they tore apart large ships and trapped any shinobi who dared to pass through them.

Obviously, the Uzumaki clan would have a way to get in or out, but few people knew about it, so they thought it was unlikely they would be attacked.

But they were wrong.

When the tenth elder announced that four of the main villages were preparing to invade them, they were baffled as to how they planned to get through the whirlpools that protected the country.

When they saw the enemy ships calmly passing through the eddies as if they knew where they should travel, they knew they had been betrayed.

But now the question was, who?

At that moment they concentrated on preparing the soldiers and equipment to resist the imminent invasion, leaving the issue of the leak of important information in the hands of the tenth elder, who managed to obtain the answers they were looking for.

Since the second elder was in charge of the army, he was first informed by the tenth elder.

I couldn't believe it.

Hearing the words of the tenth elder, the second elder was shocked and immediately knew that this was something he should report to the Uzukage.

The Uzukage had said that he was leaving the defense of the country in the hands of the 10 elders, and that they should only seek him out if something important happened or something they couldn't handle.

Knowing who had betrayed them, the second elder knew he had to inform the Uzukage.

After sending a message through a special seal, the second elder went to inform the villagers of the outcome of the battle while awaiting the arrival of the Uzukage.

"I'll guess, it was the Leaf Village," the Uzukage suddenly said.

???

The second old man opened his eyes in surprise at his master's words.

"Don't be surprised, it's not very difficult to guess," said the Uzukage upon seeing the surprised eyes of his subordinate.

Still surprised, the second elder asked him how he came to that conclusion and guessed what the tenth elder had found, to which the Uzukage agreed to share.

"In these almost 20 years, the main villages have recovered enough to set their sights on their neighbors, especially Tierra del Fuego, because of its greater resources."

"But instead of attacking Tierra del Fuego, they somehow obtained the secret of our whirlpools and targeted us, temporarily leaving Tierra del Fuego aside."

"It's obvious who benefits from this conflict," the Uzukage said with a shrug.

Listening to his lord's words, the second old man lowered his gaze and sighed.

He still couldn't believe the Leaf Village's betrayal, but what the Tenth Elder discovered and what the Uzukage analyzed only pointed to the Leaf Village as the guilty party.

As the Uzukage said, the other villages were not going to forget that the Uzumaki clan had many merits in the past war, when the Leaf Village was able to face all the others together.

The only drawback to dealing with the Uzumaki clan was the whirlpools protecting the surrounding seas, so they could only ignore them for now and prepare to assault Tierra del Fuego head-on.

But at that precise moment, did the passages to safely cross their whirlpools somehow fall into the hands of these major villages?

It was obvious that someone wanted them to attract the attention of the main villages.

"We discovered that the way to safely pass through our whirlpools fell into the hands of the Cloud and Stone Village through their spies in the Leaf Village."

"And besides that, shortly before this, stories of our fuinjutsu skills began to circulate among the civilian and shinobi population within their villages, so they had the logical reaction of wanting to deal with us first," said the second elder, repeating what the tenth elder had discovered.

"It doesn't matter," said the Uzukage, shrugging his shoulders.

"We simply will not take this alliance seriously from now on."

"What we must do now is prepare our armies to receive the forces of the Big Four..."

Suddenly, the Uzukage fell silent for a moment before smiling and telling the second elder his plan.

"Are you sure, sir? That's incredibly dangerous!" argued the second old man when he heard what his master wanted to do.

"I've already decided"

"We must teach these guys a lesson and tell the world that they shouldn't mess with us," said the Uzukage as he withdrew.

The second old man could only see the back of the Uzukage as he flew away.

While he was miles high above the whirlpool village, Gin Uzumaki surveyed his territory with a smile on his face.

More than 180 years have passed since he reincarnated into this world, and it feels like it was yesterday when he unlocked his chakra and played with it like any other child.

If he didn't know about this world because he watched manga and anime in his past life, he would have allowed himself a few more years of childhood before starting his training as his parents wanted.

But since he didn't know when the era of clan warfare would end and when his clan would be exterminated, young Gin insisted on beginning his shinobi training
