As they continue to watch his life go by the years. They see how his world he lives in is not the best. A poverish world with minimum resources, the history behind not just the world but other one's. Especially, this emperor that human kind worships and follow.
Learning of how there are different types of warriors. Each with their different roles to fulfill. But most of all learning of guardsmen, some people of so called imperium of man die to quickly. They don't live for even a day when drafted and sent to war.
People honor this emperor of mankind like a god, making the women feel irritated and angry that they tried to recruit their lover. He would've died even of how well built he was. As they see his denial of being apart of such group.
Though there was still much more information to gather. Much more history to explore of how this come to be, the universe seemed dangerous. Vincent's world was dangeroous.
Until that day, as he was about to head to the city with his parents the invasion broke out. Monsters of unknown race and unknown origin came to slaughter Vincent's people. 100 men were barely enough or to say just fodders to defend against such numbers of alien creatures that are called Xeno.
Each showing their different kind of worry, some cursing for him to run. This version, this reincarnation of him wasn't strong. The bear said that much but also mentioning the conditions. They would have to appear.
Some yelled at the bear demanding it to summon them to his side. Ready to slaughter anybody coming to harm him. The bear just smiled making many pissed off.
Then they saw him save a crippled man and a boy. He could've just left and made it but here he was acting a hero. Majority saw that trait that annoyed them but made them fall in love.
Vincent then was shown of him fighting the Xeno. Saving more kids to send them to his parents. As he had them leave without him. He loved them dearly and putting his life on the line was just him being him. As he lost an arm by doing that. Making the women grit their teeth in frustration some bit their lip till they bleed. Same with their palms digging deep.
Their hearts broke seeing him scream in pain. He continued to fight with the remaining soldiers as they headed to the bunker. But shit hit the fan and all guardsman died one by one.
Then they saw him try to save the captain to be stabbed by a Xeno's tail in the abdomen then thrown away. As the captain sacrificed himself to blow the big Xeno up. Though was it all worth it?
Even seeing him be close to death with grave, life threatening injuries. Mustering all his strength to close it. As the door locks by it self.
As he limps slowly dragging his exhausted and destroyed body to the statue.
The bear even let them hear his inner thoughts of his "final" moments. His parents were in his mind. As they saw him smile, knowing he was going to die and be embraced by death.
They screamed, begged to be summoned to save him. They were looking at the bear with grief flashing across their faces.
As the bear now moved it's hands, it was time to start the roulette summoning.
"Now that he is in this state, you'll be summoned randomly! Let your fight start now."
Loud drums can be heard and two people were glowing.
"Mother!"
"Mordred, you better save your father."
"Leave it to me!"
Seeing her mother cry, you don't get to see that ever. The fairy, the queen of Britain showing weakness. As she was glowing and all the people around her knew what it meant.
She saw the round table that also stood by her father's side. Taking them in under his wings. Then she turned to her aunt. It was Artoria but her lancer form.
Mordred saw the message in her eyes, Mordred knew she was going to do her dam best to save her loving father.
In another "room", in the planes a woman in red clothing in a kind of old fashioned nurse attire glowed. She understood what it meant, as she clenched her hands into fist hard.

The daughter of the proud king of Britain was readying herself for battle. She summoned the sword her sword given to by her father and her armor. Who was still unconscious from his battle wounds. A trace of fear and heartbreak flash across her face. She didn't have no healing powers to even help him.
But thankfully the woman summoned with her was a nurse. The scenery would've been quieter if it weren't for the Xeno's pounding the door ready to kill anything behind it.
"What is your name nurse."
"Nightingale."
"Mines Mordred, thank you for healing father."
She was grateful and Nightingale hearing the word father was taken aback. Mordred had dark hair and golden eyes which she inherited from Vincent in his past life. Nightingale wasn't going to bother asking maybe he was truly her father or an adopting father for her. In some other life as the bear explained about him having multiple reincarnation and all the women summoned were all he had met.

She looked at Vincent pale face, that was his name, his appearance as she saw was different but she could feel it was him. Nightingale didn't waste time and started to heal him.
