after the fight with the king of curses the world was shaken into panic after kenjaku released the secret of curse energy with only 83 sorcerers alive the world is calmed by the heads of the big 3 clans yuta okotsu head of the gojo clan megumi fushiguro head of the zenin clan noritoshi kamo head of the kamo clan that no sorcerer will be as strong and the world will be safe
