Arc 2 chapter 24
"Love is quite the beautiful thing isn't it?"Anos was sleeping in his bed along with his wife after an intense night in his mansion. Anos woke up first to wash himself and then started to make breakfast for both him and his wife Lira who was a researcher and history teacher and Anos himself was the number 1 scientist and number 3 alchemist but that's impressive in it self.
After Anos was done making breakfast for his wife, Lira passed down by the kitchen after waking up and noticing a good smell on the air.
Lira: wow! That smells amazing!
Anos: you like it? It's quite the strange meal but at the west they call it a toast?
Lira: it's a bread toast for breakfast not what you're thinking, that will just make the westerns seem weird (giggles)
Anos: oh? I guess so hehe, well hurry and wash up so that you can grab some.
Lira: what?! I can't have it now?
Anos: nope you must wash up first like always.
Lira: but the eggs and the sausages are gonna get cold!
Anos: it's your fault for sleeping like a bear.
Lira: if I remember correctly you're the one who went for three rounds straight!
Anos: it's also your fault for trying to get me on with that bunny costume.
Lira: (growls)
Anos: (growls back)
Anos and Lira:..... Pfft(bursts into laughter)
Lira: (reaching for the toast) well we had an amazing night huh?
Anos: of course but you still gotta wash up though. (slapping her hand to stop her)
Lira: ugh you're boring!
Anos: and you're like a child sometimes I swear.
Lira: ugh fine but I'll get you back for this!
Anos: looking forward to it.
Lira went to wash up and Anos went to organize his things for teaching, chemicals in his lab and magic circles that he was experimenting. After Lira was done with her bathroom business, she dressed up and went to the kitchen for breakfast and after she was done eating she prepared to leave for work and met with Anos at the door. Anos and Lira always left the their house together and then split at the town's cross roads since they worked at different research academies and when they were about to go in different directions, Lira kissed Anos on the cheek and looked at him with a big smile which was irregular of her and Anos was a little bit confused.
Lira: the sun is beautiful than ever today!
Anos:....?
Lira: I feel like fate is about to change big time for some reason, is that strange?
Anos: huh? I kinda feel the same way too.
Lira: I just hope it's good and that my representation goes well.
Anos: you mean about the Cursed Storm? Of course it will go well! There's no way it won't!
Lira: thanks I needed that, (she kissed him again but on the lips) see you later!
Anos: sure thing!
The city of Edge Stone is a big city which is ruled by an open government system and was mostly known for its research academies which only had the best of the best when it came to science and alchemy and Lira worked at the academy of history and ancient analysis, while Anos worked at the academy of science and alchemy where he made a lot of inventions and his most popular work was the battle card system for soldiers, enforcers and adventurers and more, which automatically ranks a person without taking a ranking test or any of the sorts. With these achievements on his name Anos was the city's pride and joy.
After a long day of work, Anos lied on his couch at the living room and was super tired and could fall asleep at anytime but before he could shut his eyes completely, Lira dashed through the door and completely let go of her weight on top of Anos and she looked incredibly excited.
Anos: ouch! Give me a warning next time. (a little bit annoyed)
Lira: oh I'm really really really sorry for that! But... I think they approved my report on the Cursed Storm!
Anos: What! Really! That's amazing!!!
Lira: yeah! Can you believe it?! And I was really nervous too!
Anos: Haha!!! I knew you could do it! There was no way you could ever loose! Especially on a discovery like that one!
Lira: I guess fate really was on my side.
Anos: yeah, well let me go grab something for us to celebrate with.
Lira: no need.
Lira grabbed Anos by his shirt and pushed him back to the couch and climbed on top of him while taking of her dress and stripped half naked on top of him, Anos already guessed where this was going and completely embraced her in his arms and they started kissing slowly and feeling each others lips, as the moment continues they completely stripped each other naked.
Lira: Anos... I..
Anos: what's up?
Lira: I... (huff, huff) I want you to fuck me like you never did before.
Anos: what?
Lira: I want you to fuck my brains out!
With those words, a switch flipped inside Anos and he grabbed Lira and took her to the bedroom in quick speed and in her request he wasted no time and gave her a night to remember.
It was morning and Lira and Anos woke up completely drained of energy and the night they had even made them a little bit nervous to look at each other in the eyes, but they quickly recovered from it and went back to their normal routine. Anos and Lira were greeted by a letter at the door which was meant for both of them and that they should come to the mayor's office for an important talk. Anos and Lira went to the mayor's office after they were done with their preparations, and when they got there they were greeted with open arms in the mayor's office but the were two adventurers as well in the office but Anos and Lira ignored them and sat down at the chairs which were prepared for them.
Mayor: well well if it isn't Anos Valera and his lovely wife Lira!
Anos and Lira: we also greet the mayor.
Mayor: no need to be formal with me cuz I'm the most honored one to meet two brilliant people with brilliant talent and brains like yourselves!
Anos: you honor us mayor.
Lira: thank you so much, but not to be rude but may I ask why we're here?
Mayor: of course let me get to the point. Mrs Valera we saw your findings yesterday and uhm... Can I ask if everything you wrote and discovered are true information and results?
Lira: yes and I even represented proof to higher-ups.
Anos: that's my wife for ya.
Mayor: haha I see.... Well I guess I have no choice.
Anos: huh?
Mayor: hold them down. (in a serious tone)
While Lira and Anos were still confused about the mayor's shift of mood, the two adventurers on the room used [super strength] to pin Anos and Lira down to the floor and they couldn't escape or resist the adventurers.
Anos: what is the meaning of this?!
Lira: what's going on?
Mayor: you just had to go that far did you?
Lira: what are you talking about?!
Mayor: the Cursed Storm should stay as a Cursed Storm not a fucking dead God!
Lira: what?!
Mayor: do you know what would happen if word got out that a God turned into an undead and now it's killing people every two years? This is not something that should be told to people and we do not trust you two with this information.
Anos: what does that suppose to mean?
Mayor:....
Lira: no... No! I don't wanna die!
Anos: you're gonna kill us!
Mayor: don't worry, Mrs Lira is the only one dying but you Mr Valera... You're gonna be branded a mad scientist who was doing illegal research and got found out by the enforcers.
Lira: what!?
Anos: no! You're not killing her!
Mayor: I'm sorry but you have no choice at the matter.
Anos: (shit! I didn't want to use this on humans but...) [Experiment]
Anos used his unique ability [Experiment] on the two adventurers who were holding them down and the two adventurers got stunned for ten seconds which was enough for Anos and Lira to break out of the mayor's office through the window and made a run for it.
Anos and Lira were fast but not fast enough to outrun two C rank adventurers and as they reached the gate out of the city, Lira used illusion magic to hypnotize the guards and made them fall asleep so that they can pass through the gate, but the two adventurers caught up to them and blocked the gate but Anos used his ability [Experiment] to hold them down again but their auras were resisting and Anos had to stand close to them to hold them in one place. After Lira passed through the gate she waited for Anos to follow but Anos could no longer move from the spot because he quickly ran out of mana.
Anos: go on without me! I can't move from here.
Lira: no I'm not leaving without you!
Anos: I'm almost out of mana and if I let go of these guys they'll be active Sametime! So just go!
Lira: but... I can't go on without you!
Anos: you have to, please Lira just go!
Lira: I love you!
Anos:I love you too! So please live for me and I promise that one day I'll find you!
Lira: I'll live with that on mind! And... Good bye my love! (runs while crying the whole way)
Anos: please survive.
After that his ability wore off and he was captured on the spot by the adventurers and got arrested. On trail Anos was given a life sentence to prison, what was once praise for Anos turned into hate and people throwing stones at him as he was sent to the Dungeon prison where he would serve life there and Anos didn't even try to resist, he just accepted his fate.
After one year and four months in the dungeon Anos was sitting in his cell waiting for dinner to be served and the beard that he grew made him look like a begger and a poor old man while he's not even that old and he was only in his thirties, as he was waiting for the warden to arrive with his food, noises of battle were coming from the other room so were the dying screams of people. The noise was coming closer and closer until the body of the warden that was suppose to serve him food dropped dead in front of his cell and Anos wasn't fazed at all by this, after that a woman wearing some sort of seductive clothing and had purple hair, black eye pupils, a red hand tattoo at the neck, white skin and held two long sharp blades and stood at the entrance of Anos's cell.
Author's note: this woman will soon be known as Power 6 or SSP6.
Anos: is that guy still alive?
Six: no he's dead.
Anos: he's a prison warden, for God's sake, he was just doing his job.
Six: this guy always drugged the food of women in this prison so that when they are high and weak he would take advantage of that and rape them.
Anos:.... Huh? Well he goes that. Who are you anyway?
Six: my name is Six of the Red Hand.
Anos: Six?!
Six: yes unfortunately that's my real name which my late drunkard father decided to give me.
Anos: well I'm sorry about that but... What do you want from me?
Six: Anos Valera! We want you to join the Red Hand.
Anos: why me?
Six: because you posses knowledge which the government fears and we want that knowledge... No we want you to bring unimaginable power to the Red Hand.
Anos: I no longer do research anymore and I don't want anything to do with your anti-government organization... I just wanna live out my days in this impossible to escape prison.
Six: I'm quite disappointed... You're not the Anos which the boss kept talking about and praising ever since you made your debut as the best in Edge Stone city.
Anos: well you can tell your boss that I don't do shit anymore.
Six: then how about Lira?!
Anos: (twitched a little) what about her?
Six: your wife disappeared one year ago and cannot be found by anyone. What if she's still alive somewhere? What if she lives with the hope that she'll see you again? And you're just gonna quit like that? Are you fucking kidding me right now?
Anos: but... Look at me! I'm weak and can't do nothing! What use do I have to this Red Hand of yours?
Six: we'll give you your own squad of people who will be loyal to you and from then you continue and finish this(hands over a document)
Anos: this... This is my wife's research about the Cursed Storm!
Six: yes and the Red Hand wants you to finish what your wife started and if you agree we'll help look for your wife and you'll be provided the necessary resources for you to complete the research.
Anos: I see, then I accept, but there's one thing I wanna do first.
Six: sure anything.
The Mayor just got back in his office with a young girl and they started having sex without paying attention to their surroundings and as the girl was moaning, she noticed a human shaped shadow at the corner of the office and then she quickly turned on the lights only to see Anos who was sitting at the corner this whole time and the mayor quickly pulled up his pants and stood there shocked by Anos who was wearing a black and yellow uniform with a yellow spider on the back and a red hand tattoo on his wrist and he had already shaved his beard and now his handsome looks were back to normal. Anos signaled the girl to leave and she took her things and ran.
Anos: what's up mayor! How's it going?
Mayor: you were supposed to be locked away from the deepest dungeons! How is this possible?
Anos: fate always knows how to play a very cruel game and now it seems like fate chose you as the new main character.
Mayor: I swear if you do anything to me I'll—
Anos: you'll what? Incase you haven't noticed you're in a bad situation.
Mayor: ok look wait! I'll give you whatever you want okay? I do whatever but please don't kill me!
Anos: look at you. You want me to spare your life but you didn't hesitate to put Lira on death sentence!
Mayor: but she escaped right? Please just think about this!
Anos: death comes for all and now it came for you... So I'll see you in hell! [explosion LV5]
Anos blew up the mayor's whole building and he watched from a far as the building burned and he let out an evil laugh which he never did before but he enjoyed every second of it and that how Anos the Sun Spiders leader was born and he's journey to take the Cursed Storm began through the Red Hand.

Afterwords: hi it's Akani "Lil Kiddo" Baloyi the author of Fate and Crimson which as you can see it's a new and slow release novel which one day I just woke up and decided to write. I'm currently at school right now and I'm doing last year of high school which is a very difficult grade but I'm out here trying my best to balance my studies and writing this book and now I can say that I'm gonna do both and not leave anything unfinished! A friend of mine read this book and told me it had a lot of potential and the same goes to some guys who reached out to me before and I wanna say that as a webnovel and light novel reader myself, I can see the potential and I decided that I'm going to write this book until I reach the end and I don't care how long it will take! I'm gonna write all the action, adventure, comedy and sometimes a little bit sad and heart breaking and oh let me not forget my cultured bros I will provide the sex scenes of course and I will try to improve my writing style and all but anyways like always say just passin through.
